It is a rare thing when a salesperson sells you a product on the basis it shall simplify your systems and streamline your business.
In this case, River has done exactly that.
The platform centralises all advert enquiries in one easy to use place; regardless of which advertising portal you use.
It then allows you to pre-screening an enquiry, to preparing a tenancy agreement, to having it signed electronically among other useful letting tools.
Ideal system for a busy letting market which is supported by an excellent, friendly, responsive team.

Riverlpm are a great team to work with. They have enabled this job to be fast and efficient whilst working from home - or in the office -especially during covid19. The myrentalcv is a great tool for reference checking, and the River Lease is modern and well laid out, clear and precise, with DocuSign being a great way to signing leases quickly and efficiently. The Support staff are always on hand too- which is good - Highly recommend Riverlpm

The platform is very easy to navigate and extremely useful for tracking enquiries from a variety of different rental platforms such as Zoopla and LettingWeb. The process for creating a tenancy is simple and takes into consideration all aspects required, with the online referencing platform, MyRentalCV, being a very efficient way of going analysing details of prospective tenants. I have received good feedback from tenants saying it is easy to use. The River platform has allowed us to reduce time spent on the process, including referencing, which has significantly reduced our cost as well.
