Great product for a reasonable price which has thus far led to a great experience with great results that were facilitated by accessible customer service and an all around easy yet professional experience.

Product, quality and service all excellent

What a joke. These people do not understand patient care whatsoever. Having worked in healthcare for over 20 years, I have never encountered a more self-serving organization. Gladys is completely unprofessional and unfortunately seems to be the one and only representative there is. I have never received my order and rather than trying to make it right, Riverfront MD stated this would be too costly for them. They claim they will refund my money, but given their lack of response to this point, I have no expectation of ever seeing my money again. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself a ton of aggravation.

Love the quick service and high quality hcg and other prescription injections. Please do not change your quality!!

Would not recommend. Poor customer service. Sent refrigerated medication un-refrigerated and will not refund or replace or contact me back.

I ordered on April 10th, received my package on the 15th. Package was sent in a normal UPS bubble envelope. I opened the package and saw there were no mixing syringes, so I could not use the medication. I contacted riverfront medical and they contacted the pharmacy to and I received the missing items on the 17th. After getting started on the 18th I noticed one of the medication said it required refrigeration. The package arrived with no ice pack, not in a box etc and the temperatures that day were 86 degrees, so well over 100 in the back of a delivery truck.

Took me a few days to have time during business hours to contact riverfront MD via chat, and their response was to call the pharmacy.
I requested they contact the pharmacy as I made my purchase through them and not the pharmacy, and they refused.They said the pharmacy might not replace since the original order was sent on the 15th. I asked for a supervisor and was ignored, then when I asked for a refund on the medication I was told a supervisor was busy but would contact me when they were free. That was 11:30 on Friday and it is now 1:30 on Saturday and no contact. Two issues with this order and their response was to tell their customer to contact their supplier. Unacceptable.

Very impressed with the whole process. Contacted for information on Monday, completed the necessary documentation and began the process. Was contacted the following day for a clinical review and acceptance. Order shipped Wednesday and arrived in perfect condition today (Thursday) with all needed supplies which was a huge surprise because the confirmation e-mail stated shipment in 7-10 business days. I am extremely excited to begin my transformation starting with my first injection in the morning.

Customer service, speed of delivery, and quality of products are all excellent -- especially speedy customer service coordination considering COVID issues and my having to switch method of payment after ordering. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

I would recommend Riverfront for so many reasons, but what really was top notch was the live chat agent. HCG is not cheap, so to be able to ask the agent questions truly put my mind at ease. I will continue using Riverfront for health products.

I highly recommend Riverfront Medical as I believe they are top-notch HCG provider. I began my journey with Riverfront Medical on December 13th 2019 when I started my first round of HCG. After 60 days, I lost 45lb! This speaks to the potency and quality of the creative HCG that they are using. I could always email we're calling to ask a question regarding my order or the protocol. Their prices are beyond reasonable, and their shipping is also reasonably priced and very fast! I am a Canadian Citizen and reside in Toronto, and currently, this is the only HCG provider that can serve Canadian citizens. Most recently, I had an issue with an order that I had placed. I contacted Gladys and Rosa and customer service, and within 24 hours I received a reply with a very fair resolution to the issue! I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service and I highly recommend that you choose his company to be your HCG provider. I have dealt with many companies in the US and Riverfront exceeds their service, quality and customer support by far! I'm currently on my second round and I'm using their lipo shots with great results :-). Although this is my last round of HCG, I definitely plan to use Riverfront to order other products dealing with Health and Longevity. They have quite a wide variety I products to help with sleep, Stress and Anxiety, anti-aging and weight maintenance and energy. I have never seen the products that they have carried anywhere else in the HCG or weight loss space.
