Christopher was Most Efficient. He took care of my order as promised, follow up'ed with a phone call and sent me an email with my tracking number. My package arrived the next Business morning.

I gave them a 3 star because even though I ordered it on May 19th, I didn’t get a response from them for over a week telling me they no longer shipped to PO Boxes and needed my physical address. I responded immediately to that email giving them my physical address. A week later I got another email that asked for my physical address again. I responded immediately. A few days later I got the third email asking me for my physical address again. I then called them and they said they never received my replies to their emails. I then gave her my physical address and when I got an email from them confirming my physical address, they had the zipcode incorrect. When I finally got my product, the “ice” pack in the package was melted and hot to the touch. It has been in the UPS truck for hours. I emailed them and asked them if that would affect my product and never heard from them. I am calling them today. I will say that my previous experience with them was great and the weight loss was exactly what I wanted. Hopefully the heat did not ruin the product this time and the weight loss will be what I expect. Thank you.

This is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Down 15 lbs and still have a week to go.

This order was a re-order. I was only going to do the 30 Day plan and decided to do the entire plan. I made this decision at the last minute and River front expedited the shipment right away. I received the shipment before I ran out! They have been very helpful!
