I was impressed by the staff as an appointment I had for my treatment, I found myself in complete stationary traffic and it was obvious I was not going to make my appointment, which fortunately was the last one at the end of the day. Everyone was so kind and understanding.When I arrived for my treatment on a new appointment, a warm reassuring welcome awaited me.

Gemma explained the treatment in detail giving time for me to ask questions, I felt completely relaxed during the treatment and reassured after with some verbal advice, the only criticism I have, would to have had some written instructions to take away with me.

First visit to River Aesthetics was a pleasant experience. I noticed a difference immediately and each day it looks better although Dr Charlotte said it takes three months to get the full result. I have had other treatments but this one seems to have given me the best results. I am due back in three months and intend to have a different area treated.

Since having my Hydrafacial with Gemma my face looks and feels great. When catching up with mates over a beer and the boys say, “Damn your skin looks good!”, it’s clearly worked. Followed by a few injectables of wrinkle relaxer and a touch of filler administered by the fantastic Dr Manning I couldn’t be more delighted with my results to date. I can’t recommend River Aesthetics highly enough. A beautiful clinic with a friendly and highly professional team. Definitely worth the 200 mile round trip!

I visited River Aesthetics new premises this week for a laser procedure.
The place is wonderful, modern, light, spacious, state of the art, and beautiful.
Everyone i had dealings with were super efficient, knowledge approachable and friendly. I will be a regular visitor and would highly recommend.

first of all i have to say i love gemma and all the staff are super friendly!! okay, now that’s out of the way: i had coolsculpting and some trusculpt id on my legs/knees. with the coolsculpting there was minimal discomfort and only the feeling of cold in the area. it was the opposite with the trusculpt where it was warm. at one point where the temperature reached maximum it was a little uncomfortable for a second or two and then it was fine. would recommend either treatment although it will be some weeks before i see the results.

It’s been nine years since I had my first Botox treatment in that time I’ve seen four different doctors and I am so happy that I’ve found a place that I am confident I will keep going back to for the foreseeable future.

The service, atmosphere and staff win at every junction. The new clinic is a fantastic setting, and the treatments go hand in hand with perfect results.

Many congratulations It’s so hard to nail it in service. Quality and price but you have smashed it.

Both the receptionists and Dr Manning were very friendly and explained the procedures in detail and were happy to answer any questions. The premises were welcoming and tranquil.
