I'm blown away of the quality of my Black SBR Interlocking Rubber Gym Tiles (20mm) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ , over the moon with them and they arrived packed very well and there was not one bit of damage to any of the tiles, would i recommend them, 100% absolutely

Good quality equipment and really helpful customer service

I ordered a rack and various different pieces of gym equipment from the Rival Strength website. I was very impressed with the website quality and got what I believe to be a great deal.

At first my order was late by a day and I contacted their customer support and Sam was extremely helpful, the late delivery I don't believe was their fault but the fault of the currier service.

After I set up the gym an incorrect part was sent to me meaning the gym didn't work properly but I contacted Sam again and was helped immediately. They replaced the part and delivered another item I pre-ordered the day it got in stock.

Even though there were a few hiccups, the customer service, for me, was outstanding and redeemed any shortcomings.

I honestly can’t recommend Sam highly enough. Every single piece of gym equipment I own has come from him, and I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else.

The quality of everything he sells is outstanding, but what really sets Sam apart is his knowledge, honesty, and genuine passion for what he does. He always takes the time to offer advice, answer questions, and make sure you’re getting exactly what you need, never just trying to make a sale.

The cable system I bought from him is absolutely incredible. It’s solid, smooth, versatile, and has completely transformed my training space. It’s easily one of the best investments I’ve made for my gym.

Speedy shipping and well packed. The bulgarian bag needs a mention- i got the 15kg , however I also have a 12kg original suples bag. What came as a surprise is the design- the grip handles are a tad wide at the end which helps the grip to stay on while i exhaust my grip way earlier on the suples bag. The weight is super balanced and it dosent hurt if things go wrong in the swings. I will not get suples bag anymore, for the fraction of the price Rival’s bag is just better in all aspect other than i guess the longevity- leather in the suples holds structure for years. My next one will again be a rival bag 20kg. I also got battle ropes 15m, i dont have a reference to compare but it is wellmade. Good products. Keep making them. Will definitely be back for more products. Thanks

I've been really impressed and pleased by Rival Strength. I ordered some flooring for my garage gym and what I've received (20mm flooring) is just of a superb standard and fantastic value for money. It was so good in fact that I then went and ordered more for another room where it would be useful. I also had some queries during the ordering process so exchanged emails with the team and got a load of great support that was really valuable.
From this point on any time I'm looking to buy more equipment Rival Strength will be my first port of call and almost certainly where I order from going forward.
All these 5 star reviews are to be believed - this is the kind of store you want to be ordering from.

Quick delivery, easy to assemble even without any instructions, very happy good quality machine.

3 stars for the reason being, I ordered a rival s series dual cable pulley, and paid great delivery for a faster approach on jun30th

The machine had to be rescheduled twice not my fault, when the machine did arrive, I built it to find out it was missing 3 vital parts to the build - the next parts were also rescheduled twice taking 2 weeks to arrive meaning the machine was unfortunately unusable in my gym for 2 weeks - the instruction manual was also lack of instructions

Once they came, there was something missing in that parcel also so it’s a month on and I can’t use one side of my dual pulley

They did have prompt communication through Facebook, we will get there in the end up fingers crossed 🤞

Forgot to include that the customer service was great and they gave some free of charge cable attachments in my order

Ordered the 20mm grey fleck flooring and I’m genuinely impressed. The quality is excellent, and it looks and feels like a proper commercial gym floor.

Sam assured me I’d be able to install it myself, even though I had my doubts, and he was absolutely right. It was surprisingly easy to cut and lay, with everything fitting together really well.

I’ve now ordered a full rack, along with a few other bits, and throughout the whole process Sam has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.

This is exactly how customer service should be. Great products, great advice and excellent communication throughout. If you’re thinking about ordering, don’t hesitate. Highly recommended.

Easy purchase, arrived as expected, good quality flooring

I bought a pull-up bar for my rack, which I had bought from Rival Strength a few years ago. Before sending the shop contacted me to let me know their rack dimensions had changed and offered to supply additional washers to make the bar fit. Great customer service.
