Really easy to order from the website and an amazing range of products. Delivery was very fast and the products are amazing. Due to a change of colour scheme in our home gym we contacted customer service to see if they would swap our olympic barbell and they couldn't have been more helpful. Within 2 days we had swapped out for the perfect addition to our home gym. Would definitely use again and recommend!!

Company seems solid at first.
But then they delay shipping, send out the wrong items, things turn up damaged and have been sent by multiple different couriers from different companies.

Customer services are not helpful, I had to teach one how to count after being told they didn't have 25kg plates in stock, they offered to send an extra set of 10s and 5s.......10+5 doesn't equal 25.

These guys were awesome. Kept me updated all the way with my order, dealt with any questions I had and were all over customer service. All equipment really good quality and great for my set up. Very happy and will use again!

Let's just get the bad thing out of the way first so we can concentrate on how great this Cable Tower is and my experience of Extreme Fitness.

Instructions were terrible! No info in what order the parts should be put together - that mattered as I found out and it took me a full day to figure that out, redoing things a few times, as the realisation dawned on me how it should be done. That's now in the rear mirror and I'm loving using it.

The tower is well built, got laser cut numbers on the front upright beam. The two arms gives great reach for cable crossovers or seated lat pull down which all the other towers with no arms don't.

There are a few design things that are a bit silly - the total weight stack is 100kg. Even if I could lift that you can't actually put the weight stack pin in as there's a carabiner in the way, so the heaviest you can lift is 90kg.

Extreme's communication is fab. Had a bunch of questions up to me buying and always got a personal response which is super important to me.
Delivery was next day direct from the company.

We purchased the Extreme Fitness EX-3000 Multi Smith Cable Rack after scanning many other companies across the internet. This one suited our needs.

Great communications before sale with Paul, who was also very helpful in choosing this model. This was followed by quick delivery.

Having now built the Machine and owned it for a few weeks, we can honestly say it is worth every penny, of which there are obviously a lot.

The quality is brilliant and fully assembled its solid, no cheap parts to it. All parts line up during assembly exactly as they should. Which made this process easier. The built-in weights are solid too, no cheap water filled plastic ones. Cables run smoothly and fully assembled it is quite some machine. It was chosen, due to its compact size for our garage gym and fits perfectly.

The only minor niggle is the instructions, whilst being good, the images hold lots of minor details about what to do and how to assemble and if rushed, it would be easy to make a mistake when assembling.

Extreme Fitness Single Cable Tower – Adjustable Free Arm Pulley | Weight Stack Option

I went down to look at a different cable tower but they had this in. I originally passed this off after seeing it online and on YouTube because the arms looked too wobbly but I can assure anyone looking at this that they work perfectly. Yes there's movement in the arms but its just not noticeable as a posed to a fixed lat pull down. The arms give great height 2300mm vrs 2050mm alternative tower. I recommend adding the £30 leg attachment to secure the legs in place for lat pulldowns. Flys, cable crossovers are brilliant and so are many other exercises. The staff there were great and very helpful. I'm an hour away and I recommend anyone whos close by to go down and see the showroom upstairs, everything is quality stuff. Im coming from using powertec, bodysolid equipment. I have bolted mine down to the floor with some concrete bolts.
