My order has been coming right on time and my body thanks me for taking such good care of it. I have made a lot of changes in my current lifestyle and this is one of the e best decisions.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the subscription. Decided I didn’t want it anymore. Cannot get in touch with anyone in support to cancel it and their online method of cancellation will not send me an email. I had to order a new credit card to stop the subscription. Then, somehow, they attempted to charge my new credit card with completely new numbers, expiration, and security code without me ever providing it to them. I have NO idea how they got my new card information but I’m FURIOUS. Here we go again trying to stop this scam of a company from charging my card.

I ordered this product, but it did not work for our purposes. A year later, I tracked 10 recurring charges from this company or affiliate with no bill or product delivered. I contacted my financial institution to cancel and contest these recurring charges. I tried to Contact Ritual labs, first issue; no direct contact provided and even when I escalated to Senor support, no direct phone number was available to talk to someone directly; RED FLAG! They could not cancel my subscription since they could not find me in their system. My bank clawed back 3-month worth of fraudulent charges but I'm still down 600$+ of bogus charges. I had to cancel my current credit card to block this vendor! It's not over, need to wait for the fraud investigation to complete and see if they can provide more details about the transactions and vendor so I can pursue the vendor for my 600$!

While the refund process for my unopened return was ultimately handled promptly and to my satisfaction, the initial communication regarding the return status took longer than expected. I appreciate the final resolution, but a faster update on the receipt of returned items would improve the overall experience.

Was wondering why I hadnt received the product so I sent an email. Had a quick response and I just happened to receive it the next day!! Patience is a virtue! Very happy with the experience!

The product is well rated but be sure that when you order they have set you up on a prolonged and expensive program AND getting your "subscription" cancelled is an ordeal with multiple pleading videos, multiple guilt ads, and hard to do.

I got my first order in a timely way, however I noticed they charged me for a second order of which I had planned on doing but I was not expecting a recurring order automatically. Now it's been a month and I still not have received this order, yet I was charged for it. I'm not happy.

Worst company ever. Criminal. Deceitful.
Ordered a two get one free and the second month realized that it is a repeat order system that is very shady as it does not mention upfront as such.
It is an agonizing pain in the ass to figure out how to get onto the website and cancel as they make it difficult and you can find yourself looping in and out between email and their website to try and figure out how to do that. Furthermore, I revoked my credit card but for the last three months every month they have charged me a single bottle at the maximum rate and I keep receiving these even though nobody returns my call and I have cancelled my card. I have now had to cancel my credit card entirely and get a different card issued so that they do not have access to the account which is what my credit card company told me is the problem is that they have access to the account and so they keep charging even though it is revoked. A shitty, shitty, shitty company that deserves to be out of business.
Can’t tell if happy liver works or not.

They keep sending me bottles that I never ordered. Can't contact anyone to initiate return/refund. Also, I think this is a scam. This product does NOTHING!
