When I emailed requesting my subscription be canceled I had a prompt reply and my subscription was canceled. Unfortunately my cancelation was not soon enough to cancell an order but I was able to get a full refund. I recently had a heart attack and the staff showed compassion for my situation.

Representative was understanding and helpful. That's important, especially to this octogenarian.

It did take me a few emails to get my issue sorted, but the end product of my correspondence was very satisfying. My issue seems to have been because of a second party shipping a reorder after I had cancelled my subscription. In the end, a supervisor made sure my subscription was cancelled and my credit card refunded. I was told I did not need to send back the product. In all correspondence, responses were very timely and polite.

I just made an order and discovered I unknowingly signed up for a subscription that I do not want. I emailed Sara and she responded immediately that she could help me cancel the subscription. I appreciate the help.

I order a product to test first if it will work.
For some reason I’m receiving a subscription bottle that I didn’t subscribe.
I requested to cancel it and it was taken cared of with no problem.

Great correspondence and fast shipping

I ordered one month of the Happy Liver supplements and was very intentional about NOT selecting a subscription. Yet yesterday I was notified that I was charged again for another month, and that the order had already shipped so no refund was possible. The process of cancelling the subscription I NEVER committed to was annoying and time consuming. And because I had not known the company force subscribed me, I am out $40 more dollars in a supplement that is useless. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, folks. It uses fraudulent business practices.

SCAM!!! I thought I would try the product so ordered 6 months as they had some deals. They put me in an auto subscription every month (why would you do that), I had just ordered 6 bottles???? Apparently you have to uncheck the box. Tried to get my credit card to refund but this company came back showing that I checked the subscription box. I DON'T DO SUBSCRIPTIONS ANYWHERE!!!! Do not buy from them, it will cost you so much time trying to get out of their scam. I have a block on my credit card for this company now!! Reported them to BBB. Their customer service replies are AI!!!

I just received an email from Ritual that a refund has been issued and it will take 5 to 10 business days. First thing they did not issued me a refund. After getting to know that they gave me wrong return address. I immediately dispute the amount with my bank, giving them all the receipts, proof of conversation, and return product. They issued me with refund 10 days ago. Now Ritual Labs want to take credit that they have issued a refund. Actually, Ritual Labs can issue me a refund of $46 that I return the product to the US /fake address. I paid $19 for the goods tax. I knew it that they're fake and scam. I should have put the purchase on dispute the minute I received an email that the parcel is coming from China not the US. I have learnt my lesson. Paying every online order via PayPal only. I have received my money back within minutes of claim, providing proof of counterfeit products.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the subscription. Decided I didn’t want it anymore. Cannot get in touch with anyone in support to cancel it and their online method of cancellation will not send me an email. I had to order a new credit card to stop the subscription. Then, somehow, they attempted to charge my new credit card with completely new numbers, expiration, and security code without me ever providing it to them. I have NO idea how they got my new card information but I’m FURIOUS. Here we go again trying to stop this scam of a company from charging my card.
