+1 RiskIQ sends false positives to our ISPs and block our websites

I want to confirm what previous reviewer said, they send automatic false positives reports to ISPs and block websites; Because there are so many automated reports being sent, the ISPs do not properly verify the legitimacy of these requests and block our websites.

In my case they told my ISP I would have "malware" on my site, that is because one of the 60 antivirus companies (at VirusTotal) that scanned the content (an antivirus from China), said it contains "adware", for this reason now my website is offline causing all kind of problems. 59 other antivirus companies says the file is clean (Kaspersky, McAfee, Microsoft, Symantec, etc).

I am considering taking legal actions against them.
