Be aware of Herbert Goertz owner of Erpcx!
Herbert Goertz owner of Erpcx is not to be trusted and I should know, I have known this man for 20 years and we have been “ friends" until I stayed in his house where my jewelrystock was kept on his wifes, at that time kind offer. When returning from Europe to pick up my stock I find out that she or he has giving away almost every piece of jewelry that was kept in their house. The stock was there to be sold in Florida and if Herbert and his wife Wendy made the decisions to take it, give it away, sell it or what ever they did, without consulting me, ( which is also is such an odd behavior ) is fine, as long as they of course pay the price for the stock, This Wendy promised to do in writing but never did… Long story short, they never did pay or reached out to find a solution and after numerous tries from me I after 1.5 years of being patience, and seeing my jewelry all over facebook on friends ( I guess ) of the family that I have never meet, I got a collection agency to take over and my god so many stories and so many lies in the end the collection agent made a baggrund checkup on Herbert before wanting to recommend me to take the case to court and returned with the following information :
The debtor has 3 judgments that were awarded against them which they never paid. They do not pay judgement…. No point of trying to get one..!
So this is just a warning and a recommendation for anyone wanting to do business with Herbert Goertz to do your own check up before working with him, or just dont pay him for his work, he oddly enough seems ok with that treatment of others.
