I was told from the the guy in the…

I was told from the the guy in the sales department that I could get 100 up and 50 down they came out and installed the internet and it is terrible not even close to the speed maybe they should promise things they can’t keep

Our appointment window was for 8-12

Our appointment window was for 8-12. Called multiple times trying to receive updates. Installer did not arrive until almost 3 in the afternoon. Rise should compensate people for their time with atleast a free month of service.

From the operator who set my appointment up to the technician that came to install equipment, all were friendly and helpful. The technician, even though he suffered a bad crick in his inexhaustible two days prior, helped me pick my large tv up to rest on its spot!! Above and beyond the call of help

My installer was awesome

My installer was awesome! He made the whole thing painless.

Update: I have been using Rise Broadband for about a month now and I have to say I have not been disappointed. I was worried that living out of town that I would never get fast internet and Rise saved the day! I'm exremely happy!
