If I could give them 0 stars I would

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ripples came recommended to us by a friend but unfortunately we did not have the same experience as she did and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. In fact I couldn’t be paid to let them back in my door. We had a main bathroom renovation done November 2023. From day one the work was shoddy and the workman assigned to the job told me “he wasn’t feeling it”. To cut a long story short the sink and shower head weren’t centred, the dial on the shower was put on upside down (with the words upside down), the toilet seat was chipped by the workman throwing his tools on it and we had two major pipe bursts with water pouring through the kitchen and hall ceilings during the time they were doing the job. Having made a serious complaint and the job causing untold stress, the job was finished well and I was happy with it. (Because of the chaos the renovation caused in our home we were given an extended warranty. )That is until last week (May 13 2026)sitting eating my dinner and water started spouting through the kitchen ceiling. I ran upstairs and water was pouring through the wall behind the radiator like a hose. We had to call an emergency plumber. The fittings that Ripples had put on the pipes behind the rad had literally popped apart! We had extensive water damage (again) to the kitchen ceiling, damage to bedroom wall in order to access the pipes and the carbon monoxide alarm no longer working as water poured through it. We have sent an email to this company and await there response. I honestly would not let them inside my door to work if they paid me. Stay clear.
