DO NOT GET FROM HERE - Ordered 10 liquids from the website, never received it, sent 2 emails chasing it up, never heard back.

I decided to try Riot as they offer a generous NHS discount.
A good selection of flavours which are really nice, fruity and light.
Super fast delivery and lovely packaging.
Will order again.

I've placed several orders and they've consistently impressed me. The value is fantastic, and the products never disappoint. The quick delivery and outstanding customer support have made me a regular customer. It's so convenient to shop this way instead of heading downtown, only to discover that my favorite flavors are unavailable at the local store.

They need to focus more on the actual business as well. They bombard you with emails and cool imagery telling you to stock up whilst their shelves are bare. So many items Sold Out ( And not only at Christmas!!)
If you know how to run a business you Overstock for the festive period. Get it together guys or you'll lose customers who will get fed up with the gimmicks and go elsewhere for a professional fully stocked service; for which I have had to do recently!
This is constructive criticism so if your egos can't handle it then that's on you!

I've been a loyal customer of Riot Eliquid since September 2022, and I can't recommend them enough. They offer an outstanding range of disposables, liquids, and an innovative reusable and recyclable vape called "Connex" that has completely elevated my vaping experience. (Though I will say, as soon as the flavour starts to fade, switch to a new cartridge so you don't get that "burnt cotton taste")

A little side note on their disposable line... Seriously give it a try! If you're using a different brand, you're missing out! (Try the Mango, Peach and Pineapple disposable... it's unreal!) And what's crazy is, no matter the strength of the vape, they all taste the same. 0% and 20% taste the same, unlike other brands where you get a sore throat from the higher strength vapes.

I had ordered the wrong type of oil which is completely my own fault and had asked about returning the unwanted oil.

Guy messaged me and kindly sent me some oils free of charge and recommended some nice flavours.

Some of the best customer service I have had 10/10 great chap. Look forward to continuing using your products in the future you are the best.

I don’t know surely. But in your juice warning there is written about exposure to arsenic. Do riot e liquid contains arsenic? Leave a reply

Only received half of my order. Phoned up (I didn't get a response when I emailed), then had a new order sent out which had the wrong flavours in. Honestly, probably better off buying from a different seller - products themselves are fine but obtaining them directly through this website is a nightmare.

Great service, yummy flavours, super friendly team, they have a recyclable vape now in their new Connex which makes me happy.

Ordered last Thursday for next day delivery - didn't arrive Friday, the tracking details don't work - no communication from Riot, no response to the 2 emails sent and no answer on their phone number have previously used and had no problems but would not recommend based on this experience and terrible customer service

Been vaping for many many years and by far Riot is the best brand I have ever tried, I won't be swapping brands! Keep it up 🙏👍

Ordered a couple of times now, never had a problem. Little hiccup with delivery this time but more then satisfied with how they delt with it . Thanks guys will definitely be ordering again.

Would be useful to know what's in it though

As a wholesaler, I paid for product...then waited and waited and waited. It's been two years and I still don't have my product. Here's the kicker, the company won't refund my money! Every 7th or 8th email gets a response and I'm told to wait longer and Riot will ship the product when it's available? Huh, aren't you the manufacturer of the product? I see the items I'm waiting on listed on the websites at US distributors, but you tell me there isn't any available...interesting. The juice is good, but be wary of the company and its business practices. Who would like to do business with a company that acknowledges it didn't ship your product, but won't refund your money or bend over backwards to get the product to you? Not me.

Two years smoke free thanks to Riot Salts!
I'd spent years trying different brands/strengths/flavours to find something that would satisfy me enough to quit smoking. Till my friend gave me a bottle of Pink Grenade to try & I've used nothing but Riot Salts for the past two years.

Ordered a few times now always been spot every time great value and great products fast delivery and excellent customer service definitely ordering more often saves the walk in to town and find the local shop has not got the flavors I like

I've bought products from them twice and RIOT Squad have hands down some of the most delicious flavors available on the market.

To top it off, the customer service is totally on point. They ran out of stock on a product I ordered and was offered to select a replacement or get a refund. I asked for a refund and almost INSTANTLY got my money back.

Can we also please take a minute to appreciate the work they have put into their branding and product design, the QBARs and Riot Squad Originals products look hella cool.

Amazing tasting e-liquids that I bought from my local vape store, will defo be buying again!
