Biggest scammers

Biggest scammers! NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE!

rioolstop.nl website is now closed and they operate under Ritn.nl

Ritn.nl was the first website that came up on google. On the phone they said they will charge 39 EUR for the visit and then the plumber will tell us the cost when he comes.
The plumber mentioned 195EUR for the 30min and then extra cost for every 10min. These were hidden costs that ended up into a 790 EUR bill. I was shocked when I saw the invoice (the company name on the invoice was rioolstop, no kvk number). I got intimidated and paid it. Biggest mistake!

The guy taking calls on ritn.nl says he only makes appointment and I should email administratie at ritn to complain. I asked him the kvk number of ritn.nl but he said he doesn't know it, and also he didn't get my email (wasn't he supposed to be just taking calls?)..

Police cannot help and it's not possible to take legal action because there is no real company behind this.
