I had a very bad experience with RBNL
I had a very bad experience with RBNL. I contacted them about a sewage fly problem in my house. They carried out a camera inspection, found no leaks, and then told me there was nothing more they could do. Despite this, they charged me €180 without solving the issue.
I called again and asked them to perform a more thorough inspection, since my house was full of flies and clearly there had to be a leak somewhere. They simply replied that they had followed their procedure and could not do anything further.
In the end, I had to call another company, which carried out a proper inspection and identified the problem.
To make things worse, RBNL kept sending me emails claiming I had not paid for their service. I repeatedly sent them proof of payment, but they ignored it and continued sending threatening emails about reporting me to a debt collection agency. Eventually, I had to call and forward the proof once more, which they finally acknowledged, without even offering an apology.
Terrible service, never again.
