Bad service from UPS notification for collection
The ordering process online was good.
However the shipping company UPS sent me a wrong notification on delivery pick up station that I didn’t select.
It was confusing.

You charged me $60.00 for shipping…
You charged me $60.00 for shipping which i agreed to. Then I got a notice that UPS could not deliver it without an additional $110.00. When i wrote to you, you did not rectify the situation. I understand tariffs etc.., but as an international company, when charging your customers shipping, you all need to notify the customer of the potential charges so they can make their own choices. The overall shipping i would have been charged was $170 for a $115 purchase. The time it took me to "return to sender" in phone calls, trips to UPS, communication with you, was absurd. The result, no sale, no birthday present, time and money lost on both sides.
