Our building Relationship Manager…

Our building Relationship Manager Desiree is a massive asset. Since she arrived a whole raft of issues that had been left for far too long are finally being addressed. She goes above and beyond in her commitment to the block, gives detailed responses to emails and issues raised and visits the site on a regular basis. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about doing her job for the residents and the building. She’s approachable and friendly but very strongly on the case when she needs to be. Highly recommended!

Ringlet a disgrace as a management company

They continually lie about their intentions towards our dying garden, saying they are taking remedial measures by a certain date to fix the irrigation system and then not doing so. They are a disgrace as a management company. They should be disbarred from management. This is the second year in a row that this has happened and last year we lost several trees as a result of this gross neglect.

Failure to live up to provide the service they advertise

The management company for my house has appointed Ringley as the managing agent. Despite a "100% transparency guarantee" that they put on their invoices Ringley have failed to answer basic questions about budgeted expenditure.
At the last meeting I had with the Ringley property manager I and a neighbour needed to write minutes for the meeting as Ringley failed to provide any. Ringley promised to follow up on various actions but appeared to do nothing.

We’ve been with Ringley Building Block Management for the past three years, and overall it’s been a very positive experience. As a company, they’ve shown a strong commitment to maintaining high standards, keeping the building well-managed, and ensuring things run smoothly. Over time, it’s been reassuring to see consistent organisation, responsiveness, and a clear structure in how everything is handled.

What really makes the difference, though, is the people—and in our case, our property manager Jill has been outstanding. She is professional, approachable, and incredibly reliable. Jill communicates clearly and promptly, always keeping residents informed and making sure any issues are dealt with efficiently.

She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is running as it should, and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about both the property and the residents. Her attention to detail and proactive approach give real peace of mind.

A big thank you to Jill and the Ringley team for their continued hard work over the past three years—it’s very much appreciated.

Adele Roberts is the property manager of the building where I own a flat. She has been always prompt and helpful in answering my enquiries. Recently, her email on keys to our ‘new door’ was spot-on and anticipated most if not all relevant questions, including payment, arising from the significant event! I do appreciate her ‘forward thinking’ and her ability to cover all points at the outset very much! Well done, Adele.

Shocking company

Shocking company. Unfortunately we are managed by this company. Regularly are lift breaks, they haven’t done anything either about our security in the building. They now are increasing the service charge by 8.5 percent and now are not getting the windows cleaned. I honestly don’t know what this company does but they can’t seem to manage buildings properly and it’s a complete scam as they do no work. Avoid at all costs. We would love to be managed by someone else but we don’t have the luxury to change

We appreciate your frustration on this and can confirm that monthly meetings commence with the landlords agent, responsible for the 'building' Service Charge and despite consistent promises, the budget has still not been provided. It is not possible to 'argue' costs for this coming year until such time as we receive the costs to argue.

With regard to historic invoices, a Section 22 request was submitted last year, and then re-submitted when no response was received. The documentation was finally provided a few weeks ago and it does take time to go through the amount of information provided alongside historic analysis.

The development is a unusual block in that residential and commercial are not clear cut split and therefore the 'argument' to be had is more complex. A substantial amount of arrears has been negotiated off your Service Charges as of 2025 and we will continue to work on this with your board.

Have a flat where they are the Managing Agents and we all need help to bring the owners in to line with unsubstantiated service charges and to date they have been worse than useless.

Exceptional Worker!

Shout out to Chris! He's such a legend and is always on top of everything when it comes to customer satisfaction. He's the type of guy that we need more of in our world, and he never fails to brighten my mood with each concierge encounter at the AFC Wimbledon Flat Development.

4.2 is an incredibly high rating for such poor service

They do not reply to emails, they take no urgency in engagement, they have no duty of care to their leaseholders. So far in the building of 75+ flats, no one is seeing any written responses to time sensitive queries.

Their fees are very high for a service that is even worse than the previous managing agency.
