Was thinking of ordering Gen 3 but the price has suddenly changed from $349 to $426 on their official website. The price itself is not accurate and misleading, how their health data will be accurate? Will stay away wasting money on this metal!

Tracking sleep, stress and activity is important to me

It was a gift. The scheduled date passed and I was not able to give the gift in time. There was a big delay. I was told I was going to get some compensation and never got it. Product works fine. But the delivery delay and missleading information was a downner.

I have used health indicators trackers from its earliest versions such as pedometer. Never liked devices such as smart watches. Ring health trackers are perfect. All the essential tracking such as steps, heartbeat, BPM, pulse ox, plus, sleep trackers, now they include stress level. For me Ringconn is a perfect balance. I have RingConn Air 2 and it's perfect for what I want to know about my daily health. I wish it had some kind of reminder feature. They have address it with the new RingConn 3 versions. Even price point is perfect. Best part, no fleecing with subscriptions. App works flawlessly. Overall very satisfied with RingConn 2 Air.

Like the ring. Only issue so far is the location does not show Canada.

RingConn is a fantastic product. I wear it at night to finally get the good sleep data that Garmin can't seem to deliver. Great data, great product.

No subscription, great app, and great customer service make this the only choice for a smart ring.

I have had a RingConn since the beginning. I absolutely have loved it. I was experiencing an issue, RingConn helped me try to troubleshoot and when it was determined it was not reparable they offered me a replacement at a very reasonable cost ( my warranty was over) and shipped it immediately. Thanks RingConn!!

The battery of the my ring conn 2 air died after a few months and the support ignored me :(. I'd recommend buying smart ring from a more reliable brand even if it's more expensive.

i love ringconn! best decision but i do think the app could have improvements. it takes a while to load my data also i don’t get notifications until i open the app then i realize my ring is almost dead.

No accurate enough, says I sleep when I don't

The amount of data this ring provides is amazing!! I do probably see battery life being an issue. Its 2 months old and im getting about 5-6 days.

Ring was great for a while but now battery dies within 24 hours after being fully charged and I have had the ring just over a year. Customer Service just tries to sell you another ring to replace it. They do not stand behind their product! Do not buy!

Super fast ship and communication. I appreciate that someone is available and WILLING to correct any issues and answer all questions. So rare today in a world where customer service is disappearing as fast as the American dream.
