Jeremiah and Sam were great to work with , they have spent hours of me changing rearranging my website to be professional looking and perfect for my construction business I started. I look forward to working with them again a toy company I might start.

This company literally took my money and didn’t finish my website. At first they said it was a domain issue which I resolved it and then they said they will finish the site but they did not finish the website. They kept telling me over and over again but nothing was completed. Horrible company. I asked for a refund and they didn’t even respond.

After weeks of trying to get my business up and running I have run into so many issues with my designer. I had given him all my info and believe me he does reach out everyday. Everyday it is the same old song and dance. This site was supposed to take two weeks and now it is over a month and thing still look the same. Prime example that last night he texted me saying everything would be done by morning and now it is 1:44 in the afternoon and thing are still the same. I reach out with my concerns and they go threw deft ears. My wife and I would like someone else to take over this project and get it completed. Thank you for your concerns on the matter.

I asked for one specifics logo, which is very simple and professional
I even sent a voicemail to explain and I even did a picture so it will be simple for the customer service sent me a nasty text message for that reason I’m no longer wanna work with this company. Customer service: To be honest, it seems you're not clear on what you actually want. You asked us to follow the reference you sent, and that’s exactly what we did. Simply saying we didn’t listen without pointing out what’s wrong doesn’t help anyone.

You paid for the Startup Package, which includes 4 logo concepts — we’ve already delivered 8. That’s double what was promised. Now you’re asking for even more.

That would’ve saved both time and confusion. Cause you never listen our ready the text message that I sent you many times.
