watch out for postage...
First purchase was no problem the second stated postage was free. I then got charged postage and decided to go ahead anyway because I wanted the product. A phone call got no response within 24 hours so I followed up by an email. I then got a call saying there was another statement on the page saying orders below a threshold attracted postage. The guy who called back was very clear that is the one they go by.
Kind of leaves a bad taste this sort of thing.

Knowledgeable company, very friendly and professional.
Great company, i left a message by answerphone and he rung me back! Now thats a novelty with modern companies... one that actually calls back!
The advice given was accurate and knowledeable, i will def be placing an order on this alone and always take pleasure in supporting people who deserve it through good customer attitude.
I read alot of these types of reviews and always wonder if they have been left by friends or relatives of the company being scored, I can asure you that I am neither, I just felt it only fair to publish my thoughts when people are genuine and deserve to get a good review.
