Extremely correct. They responded to my inquiry very quickly and refunded me the amount. I had doubts that the refill would not reach Bulgaria, but as soon as we found out that it would, I will order again.

I didn't make contact as the website is easy to navigate and the product had all the information in the details so was just a simple process to place my order for the correct item. Absolutely amazing service from Dominic at riflemags. I had been trying to source, what seemed to be the impossible in the uk. I called Dominic and after a search he managed to source exactly what I was looking for. As it was special order and currently out of stock at the manufacturer's in America, he advised it maybe a good few months before he can get them. He estimated around April time. I called him to see how things were going and was over the moon when he said that he was just processing a shipment and my order was amongst it. I cannot recommend Dominic enough. Thank you

Ordered a magazine from this company a while back. I'd check delivery status and it seemed like magazine had gone into hiding with the USPS in Chicago. Brought this to Dominic's attention at Riflemags. He reissued another mag, and he shipped with UPS. Mag arrived today. Would definitely order from this company again.
