So, I purchased a pair of Rieker Boots as I was told the brand is very reputable

Such a shame NOT built to last
They look great and feel great to wear. They just haven't lasted. They were purchased at the end of December and the sole has come off along with the top layer of leather. Such a shame I had high hopes for these shoes.

I bought a pair of boots in November and they were exactly what I was looking for, warm and comfortable. I wore them all through December and half of January but unfortunately they have holes in the heels. I expected them to last longer. I wouldn't buy them again.

Hassle free experience. The quality of the product is very important and your product is excellent. The delivery was on time and the driver was polite. Never ordered online before but I will try it again.

Bring back shops!
The service, supply and returns, was very good as were the shoes.
The problem for me has been understanding G, G.5 and H width fittings from the website. Not all shoes are made in all widths so it took time, effort & resources to get to know this by trial and error as shoes came and went.
Give me a shop any day!
