Rubbish Weatherbeeta dog collar

Perfectly good service from Rideaway but product was rubbish. Will be returning it. Note that the company seems to be in breach of the Distance Selling Regulations by not refunding p&p

Wrong item arrived

Wrong item arrived. Have contacted rideaway and they have confirmed they are looking into the matter but are quite busy at present,
I Ordered an outdoor rug and an indoor rug lining arrived. The order number on the parcel correlated with what I had ordered. Waiting for a resolution.

Easy to order

Easy to order, beautifully packaged and fabulous boots. The ladies Dublin boot. So comfortable for dog walks and look good enough to wear into the local after!

Well priced rug delivered really…

Well priced rug delivered really quickly, perfect for an emergency replacement in the cold weather. This particular rug would probably be best as a spare in the long term but for the price it does the job!

Prompt action

Was notified that my order was not in stock and was given the option to get a refund or just wait till you got it in from your supplier. Very pleased with the quality and the colour is lovely.

I was not left wondering what was happening to my order.

Excellent leather dog collar & Bibi was…

Excellent leather dog collar & Bibi was very pleased to receive it so quickly. However I completely messed up by ordering size too large - she was wearing an old 19" greyhound collar which was too small so I went for the next size up - WRONG! Extra holes have had to be drilled & we need some sort of "toggle" to tidy up the excess lead.

Damaged goods

I ordered two pony rugs in December. They arrived in a timely manner however one of the rugs was clearly used. It had a small tear, was covered in dirt and smelled like urine. I put in a complaint but have not heard anything back yet. The cost is too much to return the product so I will just pay to repair it. Disappointing.
