Throughout the sales process there was no pressure or hard-sell tactics; the entire arrangement was very efficient and quite simple. I am very happy with my purchase and I fully recommend Josh and Richmond Motor Group Portsmouth. Great experience
Went down without appointment just to browse, was asked if I needed help, was not pursued like other garages and was lest to look around. Joe then provided me with all the info I needed and clearly knew the car very well. Got me a test drive on the day too. Just nice to have a comfortable visit without being pressuree.
