Great Service - again!
We've bought and sold a number of properties over a long period of time and each time we've used Richard Kendall. The service we receive, especially from Liz Cooke, who has handled most of our dealings has always been 'five star'. Liz is 'on it' and always goes the extra mile to help us, I cannot recommend Liz enough. Great service, as always.

We dealt with Shireen and Catherine at the Wakefield office for our house sale and they were fantastic from start to finish, even when the first sale fell through. They were available to speak to whenever we needed and ensured we were up to date with what was going on.

We purchased a house through Richard Kendall, and though there was issues with the solicitors Karen Marijewko was fantastic in her communication and help. Things often go wrong in these things but Karen made it all go through and was a massive source of help.

Suzanne and Donna dealt with our sale very professionaly. I was regularly updated on the progress. They were in contact with our solicitor (who they recommended) and this seemed to make the updates easier. We bought the house from them some 9 years ago and used them for our sale. Karen Marijewko helped us sell a house and was extremely helpful throughout. A few teething issues were responded to quickly, with the outcome communicated to us. Regardless of whether there was something new, Karen would 'check-in' regularly throughout the sale, so we always knew what was going on.
