We had a great experience with Richard Kendall estate agents whilst buying our first house. The online platform was very useful to track our progress and the sellers'.
Karen Marijewko was fantastic, she was always responsive and very friendly in all our dealings. She was also very efficient in organising viewings. The advert for the property was professional with a good quality video to give us a more thorough understanding of the interior and exterior before and after viewing.

The process from booking a valuation right up until the completion has been very good, with polite, friendly and informative staff. Donna and Joanne have kept me updated every step of the way going that extra mile on several occasions when the process was going very slowly and needed an injection of pace from our side.
They’ve always been available for a chat about how things were going and tried their very best to speed things along.

Incredible service from Liz Cooke, Joanne and Donna in the Wakefield office for our purchase and sale. The whole experience was so straight forward and we got really proactive and positive support throughout. We will return next time we move, but we hope not for a while! We chose Richard Kendall to sell my father’s house because Roger Hall was far and away the most professional valuer we saw who gave good, sensible advice. We were allocated Amber Hamilton in the Pontefract office and although the sale was a little bit fraught - one sale fell through and the next had a long, difficult chain - she was amazing. The communication was always excellent and Amber was always polite, friendly and reassuring. On the rare occasion she wasn’t available all of the other office staff were helpful and seemed knowledgeable about the sale. Can’t recommend them highly enough and I would definitely use them again

We have never sold a house before and had heard that it can be a very stressful process. In many ways it was, but the whole experience was made much more bearable and positive due to the great service provided by 2 wonderful ladies - J and D. They provided great service, kept us updated, were both cheerful and up beat and encouraging when viewings were slow, and offered helpful advice and guidance. When a purchaser was eventually found, they were in regular contact with the buyers and solicitors and helped to move things along. Great team work.

They say moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do in life, but that's not been my experience, all thanks to Elizabeth Cooke.
