I contacted you about my rent payments on 4 may and was told the rent dept would call me but to date no one has called. What's going on?

This 5 star only goes to one of Rhps representatives (Charlene). She’s an absolute angel. She’s dealt with all our problems and issues immediately and her communication skills are on point. Always reaching out to me to inform me about job dates and any related information. I previously waited 1 and a half years for our roof leak to be fixed but when I came across Charlene she solved our problem straight away......thanks to her our roof no longer leaks.

Really good friendly staff. The flat common areas are kept lean and the bins taken out of our bin stores for us which is very much appreciated. Only a 4* because in previous years the grass in the gardens and the hedges have been left to grow out of control, but I hope that has been addressed for this summer.

I would like to leave a review for our Temporary Scheme manager Jo Nicholas , who has been most helpful and kind and diligent to the residents of Brookwood lodge . Nothing has been too much trouble , and greets everyone with a happy smile . In these trying times she has been a beacon of light .

I used the chat tab on the RHP website and thought the chat was to the point and very helpful

Chris via online chat was able to quickly organise for the maintenance team to get in touch to sort our entry phone

Reported two leaks which unfortunately weren’t treated as an emergency however Simeion at RHP was very helpful did his best to secure an appointment that suited my work schedule. The job hasn’t been done yet as the appointment isn’t until next week so I can’t comment on that.

I gave lisa 5 stars because I found her very patient especially since I didn't realise that the return key on my keypad posted what I had typed, that solved and again she was very patient whilst I explained my problem to her.

I dealt with Charlene a Rhp customer service advisor she has been guiding me through a damp situation in a bedroom and assisting me on line.

In dealing with her I found her be very personable - Professional approach In following through with the matter once reported and keeping the party updated.

She listens attentively never rushes you to compete the call until everything has been covered.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Charlene.

Lisa was great, however am awaiting contact from rhp to reschedule a gas safety check appointment as the operative they sent didn't bother to knock the door and just shoved a card through the door instead. Neither me or my partner or the house phone received a phone call from the operative to say he was outside the property..This appointment was scheduled for Thursday the 8th of April between 3pm and 5pm,which my partner was present for..Lisa informed me that she would try to reschedule a new appointment.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to RHP for all there help and support. My mother past away at Christmas and they have helped me though a very difficult time in my life. Very caring and helpful.

Always helpful and have been given great support in helping my elderly parents by Emma who has been really kind and always follows up on everything.

This gentleman in my mind should be in charge of training others. He has excellent customer care skills and is very kind and professional . I have never had such a positive experience before speaking with any advisor at RHP. Please pool the phone call . Many thanks Victoria Milewicz
