Fantastic Cover/service/returns.

Order number 280308.

I bought a Superbike cover.
It arrived quickly. Unfortunately one of the securing clips was not properly attached and fell off.
I sent photos of the problem.
They acknowledged the problem and without quibble, sent out a replacement. Awesome service.
The cover is excellent. I used to use another well known brand, but the seams fell apart too easily.
If your bike is subject to the weather in Cornwall, this cover does the job.

Been trying to contact them with the form on their page to get refund, but no luck.
If you really have to order their stuff, try to get it from a re-seller.
The mini-blinkers conversion kit for Z900 was good.

Purchased a tail tidy for my Ducati…

Purchased a tail tidy for my Ducati back in 2021. The part failed last week & contacted R&G ref a replacement. John Martin, the Qualtity Assurance Manager was full of apologies & dealt with the issue promptly & sent out a replacement, along with some freebies. Outsanding customer service & I would happily use again in the future & recommend to others.

Top notch customer service

I had purchased the 3 piece engine cover kit from R@G for my 2023 yamaha XSR900.
All fit well with the exception of the clutch case cover. No matter what I tried I could not get it to fit with all the bolt holes lined up. I took photos of the problem I was having as well as video.
Possibly the mold for that particular part on just that one specific piece was just slightly off and the hole in the cover for the oil fill would not clear the OEM oil fill cap.
I reached out to Scott Thompson at R@G via email.

I explained to Scott my issue.
He seemed quite concerned about the problem I was experiencing and requested the photos and video I took of my installation experience.

Scott received my photos and video and he was on it!
He made everything right.
He expedited another clutch case cover over to me and it fit perfectly!!
Every now and then these things happen, but what sets my experience apart from the rest was how it was handled.
Scott,.. Thank you so much for taking care of this. You treated me well, and you handled my issue very professionally. R@G fan for life!!
Thanks again for all you have done for me.
Sadly, its hard to find good customer service these days, but the service I received from Scott at R@G in resolving my issue was absolutely EXCELLENT!!

well R&G contacted me today about my tail tidy that i had a problem with even thou technicaly the warranty was not valid they have given me a brand new replacement and asked for the faulty part to be returned. Above and beyond the call of duty.. what a fantastic company and thanks very much R&G. very happy customer😁😁👍👍

Cfmoto clx 700 sport Aero crash Protector Kit Potential Safety Issue

Went to fit the aero crash protectors to my cf moto 700 cl-x sport, only to find that the supplied RH side bolt is not long enough to attach safely to the captive engine bolt and as such if I had not checked it had actually protuded through enough could certainly have led to a potential safety issue whereby the engine mount bolt could easily become loose as it only locates into the minimum thread of the engine captive bolt and possibly then come detached from the frame and the loss of the aero protector on leaning the bike, or a malfunction in a crash. This kit as supplied is not fit for purpose and is actually downright dangerous. I contacted both the supplier Junction 20 motorsports and R&G directly to highlight this potential issue and its safety implications, Junction 20 motorsports have not bothered to respond and whilst I did chat with R&G on the phone and raised my concerns over the safety of the compromised integrity of the RH engine mount, the same kit is still for sale on their website and they have not got back to me to provide any remedy. I take my motorcycling safety very seriously and expect a manufacturer of motorcycle safety products to do the very same, at the least R&G should have stopped the sale of these kits on their website whilst they investigated this potential issue and did a recall to provide the correct length RH side engine bolt to securely fit into the engine captive bolt and everyone that has purchased this kit shoukd be notified of the potential safety issue.

Ordering from the USA...

I live in the USA and was attempting to order a part for my KTM. There was an issue with the website properly listing my address and Scott from R&G took care of everything after contacting them.
The service was amazing, the part arrived and looks perfect (well packaged) and I couldn't be happier.

I have just fitted a pair of no cutting crash bungs to my Hayabusa. They fitted perfectly, and it took longer to take the fairing off than it did to fit the crash bungs. Very clear fitting instructions, highly recommended!

Putting things right

Unfortunately it is somewhat inevitable that mistakes get made but I have been extremely impressed in the way that RG-Racing have worked to correct something that was not directly of their making.
Having been able to make direct eMail contact with one of their senior operations team, he has been willing to understand the background of the problem and offered assistance to get everything put right.

Recently discovered I had a few small pieces missing after a engine rebuild.

I only needed the bolt as opposed to a full kit. Got in contact with Paul at RandG and he found the correct part and got it posted out on the same day.

Excellent customer service and the fact a company will sell you spares these days is a blessing.
