Data leaked for scammers

Subject: Urgent: Data Leak & Financial Fraud Linked to My Order – Immediate Investigation Required

Dear R for Rabbit Team,

I am writing to report a serious security and data privacy issue that has resulted in a financial loss of ₹95,000 after placing an order through your official R for Rabbit application.

Soon after I placed my order, I was contacted by a fraudster who had complete knowledge of my order details, including product information and delivery data. This clearly indicates that my personal and transaction information has been leaked or accessed by unauthorized persons through your platform or by someone associated with it.

As a result of this data misuse, I was misled into a fraudulent transaction and lost ₹95,000. I have already initiated a cybercrime complaint regarding this incident, but since the fraud was directly linked to data from your platform, I am holding R for Rabbit responsible for a potential data breach and negligence in safeguarding customer data.

I request the following actions from your end:

1. Conduct an urgent internal investigation into the possible leak or unauthorized sharing of my order details.

2. Provide a written explanation and the findings of your investigation.

3. Inform me of the data protection protocols in place to prevent such incidents.

4. Cooperate with law enforcement or cybercrime authorities if contacted.

Please treat this as an official notice under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Sections 43A & 72A) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 working days, I will be constrained to escalate this matter to the Data Protection Board of India, the Cyber Crime Cell, and Consumer Protection authorities for legal action.

Worst logistics team

Worst logistics team. Took more than a month to return the items and initiate the refund. I had to take multiple followups. No proactive communication from them. Finally registered a complaint on consumer helpline to get the matter resolved

Scammers

Scammers! Ordered a bundle of diapers about a month ago for my baby boy in India and pre paid for the order too. No signs of delivery and when I did contact the customer services several times, they denied the order and I sent them the proof of my banking statement and nothing so far. Just scammers

Poor delivery timelines & logistics coordination and Very poor customer service.
I ordered a prepaid order for the kids reading table on 13-OCT-25 but no sign of the package yet nor no update from Customer service expect its in transit, lately not replying to my emails too and their CS toll free number ends up in IVR saying - "all the agents are busy now so drop an email" either of the 7 options are ending up in the same IVR response after a while. anyone can try this once - Customer Care:

Nice brand

Great brand, Premium products, best for babies without single thought I can highly recommend to parents, almost all products are available. Quality, comfort, baby safe. Services are good, products are best.

Rforrabbit is like a family who care every possible way to make our tiny star comfortable. I bought so many products and feather diapers one of the all are excellent. I must say diapers are 100% rash free i would recommend to new mumma's for sure.

• Pickup & Returns: Worst experience – return request kept pending for many days, no clear communication, false promises.

Zero Accountability, Zero Empathy – Avoid This Brand

I ordered a Dream N Play Mattress and cot from R for Rabbit on 1st August 2025. The cot arrived, but the mattress is still missing. Since 4th August, the tracking has been showing “undelivered” every single day — not because I wasn’t available, but because the delivery executive simply marked it false without even attempting delivery.

I raised the issue on 7th August. They said it was “escalated.” Two days later, nothing changed. The false “undelivered” updates continued, and their customer care team had no clear answers, no timeline, and zero urgency — just robotic replies.

This is for my 6-month-old daughter, so without the mattress the cot is useless. My money is stuck, my child is inconvenienced, and the company clearly does not care. No empathy, no accountability, no follow-through.

If this is how they handle a simple prepaid order for a baby product, I dread to think what happens when a real issue occurs. A brand that cannot deliver what was paid for and leaves an infant without a usable product for over a week does not deserve customer trust.

Avoid at all costs.

I purchased R for Rabbit stroller from…

I purchased R for Rabbit stroller from the FirstCry store in Jabalpur, and within just 6 months, the product started to deteriorate badly. The color faded, and fungus started developing on the fabric, which is spreading more day by day. I tried cleaning it multiple times, but it doesn’t help at all.

What’s more disappointing is the lack of customer support. Despite visiting the store three times, I was simply told to contact the company directly with no help or follow-up. I expected much better quality and service from a well-known brand like R for Rabbit.

Not recommended based on my experience — both the product quality and after-sales service are very poor.
