Faulty Devices

Please do not buy phones or any other products from Revibe. I purchased two iPhones from them, and unfortunately both were faulty. I returned the phones, but it has now been a month and I have still not received my refund or my phones back.

I do not recommend this company due to the poor service I have experienced. Every time I contact them, I am told that my payment will be processed within 48 hours, but nothing happens.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I am now stuck without a phone because of this situation.

Excellent Service

We got 2 refurbished iphone from this…

We got 2 refurbished iphone from this company and from the first day the phones gave error. Right now my kid’a phone is not opening its showing only apple logo but they are refusing to repair it. Both phones went to the service 3 times, i dont recommend to get a phone from here. Their service is terrible after selling the devices. I am going to complain the as well.

Worth the value

The IPad is working well within my expectations, considering it as refurbished unit. The physical appearance was a bit lower than the description said, but fair enough for a refurbished unit.

Poor quality control and zero accountability

If you value your time and your money, I strongly advise you to shop elsewhere
Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been a series of repeated failures that reflect a total lack of quality control and accountability. Here is a summary of my experience across four separate transactions:
​Warranty Negligence (SA-118708): I filed a claim for a degraded battery and non-factory keyboard stickers. The device was returned in the exact same condition, and the claim was closed without any action.
​Loss of Personal Property (SA-118708): I sent the laptop in my personal protective sleeve, which was never returned. The company hid behind an "accessories policy" to avoid responsibility for my missing personal property.
​Order Fulfillment Failure (SA-126621): I ordered a JBL Clip 4 speaker but received a completely different product. It took nearly a month of stalling to resolve this and get a refund.
​Damaged/Used Goods (SA-132591): My most recent order arrived in clearly used condition, featuring visible damage and a plastic cover that had been melted/welded by a lighter.
​Their policy—forcing customers to send a device for inspection three times before considering a return—is nothing more than a stalling tactic to avoid resolution. I have full unboxing video evidence and documented email exchanges for every single one of these issues.
last : they deducted an amount from my refund becouse i simply followed the policy but they have a lack of cooperation between there 3rd party and customer service

Worst ever service

Worst ever service, completely unprofessional and don't even know how to handle complaints, using 3rd grade chinese parts which are not compatible with the device and their owners are sleeping with their money, doesn't care of the service.

Purchased 3 devices all faulty and they would close the case without consent.

Their reply itself shows how better they're, device was 'Repaired' which never happened in the whole time.

However, we'd like to clarify several points. While your review states that three devices were faulty, our records show that only one warranty claim was submitted. That device was inspected, repaired, and returned to you.

Regarding the charging cable, our warranty policy clearly advises customers not to send accessories with their devices during the warranty process. Unfortunately, the device was returned with the cable despite this instruction. As a goodwill gesture, we offered you compensation of AED 178, which you declined.

At this stage, we have addressed your claim, offered a goodwill resolution, and our position remains unchanged. As the compensation was declined, this case is now considered closed.

these guys are crooks

these guys are crooks. stay away. my device failed after 4 days and since then I've called and emailed despite an extended warranty, they have blocked my number and email from calling. i have logged complaints with the CGSO and NCC against them. SARS has blocked them at customs has they are non compliant importer.
