I bought the phone via payjustnow cause i didn't trust revibe but they proved me wrong and I'm happy with my purchase

I purchased an iphone 13 mini excellent condition 04/06/26, unfortunately I saw people's reviews on TikTok after the I had placed my order. But I stayed calm and hoped for the best, well my phone was finally delivered on the 17/06/26. The phone was good, working well no scratches but after 3 weeks 06/07/26 it showed a message "battery unrecognized, something unknown part " then it stopped charging. It doesn’t go beyond 1% when I charge it and unfortunately I cannot return the device because I've passed the 10 day policy. I will try to check I they can fix it for me but for now I'm disappointed and I would honestly not recommend someone to purchase a device from revibe. Maybe revibe should also consider extending their return policy to at least 20 day

8 days without any update on laptop I purchased. Their call centre are not answering my calls and emails. Don’t buy from them they will do you wrong. The way they are moving that laptop will arrive after a year

I am so angry and dissatisfied. My disappointment and disgust is beyond measure. I bought an iphone 15 pro max excellent condition and what i got was far from excellent poor actually. The phone was not original and it was an eSim changed to physical sim and its had network issues. I returned the phone and bought a brand new phone but however the phone was not brand new. When i opened the box the phone was full of fingerprints and stretches to make matters worse the phone was also converted from e-sim to physical sim card and the sim tray holder was drilled on the right hand side and the tray was also a different color. I switched on the phone and the display gave me a warning that the phone was not an original iphone part. Meaning that the whole products are fake and they are not originally made at apple.
Im so upset and disappointed if i could rate zero stars i would 100%.

Appalling service. After having paid a sizeable amount, I still do not have my device and Revibe maintains there is no such customer. Have been constantly in contact with Revibe via chatbot (no assistance) emails (no responses) and waiting long minutes for someone to answer the call. Today someone tried to help and escalate but it remains to be seen what transpires. I do not want the money back - I want the device I ordered!

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction and to formally demand a full refund for my return claim (94518). I have not received any meaningful update despite the timelines previously communicated to me.
You explicitly mentioned that the inspection and expert revision process would take a maximum of 13 days and that my case would be treated as a priority. However, today is 6th July, meaning 20 days have now passed with absolutely no update on the status. This complete lack of progress and communication is unacceptable and makes me feel entirely cheated by your service.
The last communication I received stated that the device was under QC testing on 16th June, followed by an expert revision. Since then, there has been total silence.
I have already explained my situation and the massive inconvenience caused by being left without a working laptop. Given that the initial device I received was defective and you have failed to resolve this within the promised 13-day window, I am no longer interested in a replacement.
As a first-time customer, this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in your platform.
I request that you process a full refund to my original payment method immediately. Please provide confirmation of the refund and the exact timeline for the funds to reflect in my account without any further delay.
I expect an immediate and definitive response to this matter.

I bought the Samsung S23 Ultra five months ago, and I'm still very happy with it. It works perfectly without any issues. The performance is fast and smooth, the camera takes amazing photos, and the battery life is still excellent. The display is bright and beautiful, making it great for watching videos and gaming. Overall, it's an excellent phone and definitely worth the purchase. I highly recommend it!
