Don't believe their promises of warranty claims
Their warranty process is a mess. They charged me R2300 to ship my device back from Dubai to SA after I sent it in for repairs, but they never actually returned the phone. They keep on making promises on email that they are busy investigating the hold up, stringing you along for weeks, with no result. They don't pick up their phone. I lost a huge sum of money because of this. Read reviews and do your homework before making use of them please!

I am purchased a mobile phone 15 pro. @2509aed. On the first day we found the device is like scrap. I am tried to return in 5 days of time. They didn't collect. Now I am trying for warranty claim. They are closing with no explanation. Very very bad customer care.
