I had my Tesla Wall Connector installed through Revcharge Australia and had a great experience from start to finish.

The electrician, Andrew Papas, was highly professional and clearly takes pride in his work. Instead of running visible conduit along the exterior, he went the extra mile to route the cable through the basement, resulting in a much cleaner and neater installation. It wasn't an easy job due to limited access, but Andrew persisted and managed to complete it perfectly.

The installation itself was smooth, and the charger is running flawlessly. After completing the work, Andrew also took the time to patiently walk me through the setup process on my phone, which was very helpful.

Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of workmanship and service. Would definitely recommend Revcharge and Andrew for anyone looking to install a home EV charger.

Very poor service - paid for a ev charger - installation took 3 weeks- then they didn’t install it properly and. Is after several weeks it is still not working and all I am getting is email la going back and forwards they clearly not interested in coming to fix it.

Do not use thais company- all marketing

I recently had my EV charger installed by Recharged and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and made sure the installation was neat and compliant.

I have purchased prior and even though the process was a bit convoluted, we got a result. Now, trying to go back and purchase a second unit, IMPOSSIBLE. I have sent at least 4 direct email, contacted them through their website and had one text message with instructions, that did not work. What a shame, I would say they have dropped the ball big time. I would avoid them from now unless you like disappointment!

Revcharge recommended system to us and also provided some options. But as we had solar already installed Revcharge discussed with us the different options. They indicated the option that was most effective and which utilised my current components. System install and initilisation completed on same day. The result 3 months later is zero issues with system and zero bills for electricity, so could not be happier.
