FVH communications/ customer support are not up to par. Didn’t return countless voicemails or phone calls.

Offered no reasonable solution to resolve the issue (washing machine would not work on day 2 of 14 day trip for group of 11 guests). Their ‘solution’ was for our family to use a washing machine located 10 mins drive away.

They sent multiple techs to the house to validate that the machine was dead, verifying info I provided to them in my initial call.

I lodged a complaint and no one called. Text message communications that lacked any informative information was the only way that FVH communicated with me during our stay.
Only on the last day, when the cleaning crew arrived at 10am on the nose did FVH call me to request we leave the property (we were running 5 minutes behind on leaving).

The home was ok, felt dated. Pool was very small. Upstairs (where most of the bedrooms were) could not keep up with the warm weather. It was uncomfortably hot upstairs and not anywhere near the 74 lowest temp allowed in the home.
The home was very well cleaned for us on arrival but prior broken patio chairs, were left to the side and not replaced.

The pool patio was being overrun by fire ants, same at the front of the property.

I feel for the homeowners who are trusting FVH to manage their property, they are letting you down, badly.

The location and infrastructure of Storey Lake are great – it’s a safe, well-equipped resort close to parks and stores. The apartment is also nicely decorated and exactly as shown in the pictures.

However, we had several issues that would prevent us from booking this unit again. The apartment was in serious need of a deep clean – dusty air vents, dirty baseboards and fridge sides, and even mold or sludge coming out of the bathtub faucet. The furniture, especially the sofa, was in poor condition and very uncomfortable.

Another downside was the overall condition of the building – the elevator was rusty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. The worst part of our stay was the location of the garbage collection area, which is right below the bedroom window. The garbage truck came in the middle of the night and was extremely loud, waking up the whole family several times.

Lastly, even though we paid a $145 departure cleaning fee, we were still asked to wash sheets, towels, and dishes before checkout, which made us question whether everything had truly been properly cleaned before our arrival.

The management was responsive when we reached out, and some issues (like the cookware) were quickly resolved. We would stay again in Storey Lake with the same rental company – just not in this apartment.

The house was not thoroughly cleaned. Upon arrival, we found dirty rags in kids room, a roach crawling on top of the master bedroom, hair in the master shower, huge dust balls under the beds and jewelry left on kitchen counter. We emailed and called customer service, no one reached out to us personally to tell us what time or when they’d be able to assist us. Finally received an email stating that pest control and housekeeping stopped by and addressed our concerns. However, we did not notice a difference and could not tell the house had been cleaned (at all). We will not be staying at this resort again.

The House is nice. The Family enjoyed staying in it .
The furniture in the living room need to be changed out. It is worn. Need a fan in the room with the
bunk beds. Air circulation was not good.

unfortunately a few months before we were set to travel we had a medical emergency which meant we could not fly on the original dates. British airways changed our flights on production of the medical cert but unfortunately Florida vacation Homes gave no option of moving the vacation and therefore we lost all of our deposit. We have no rebooked our vacation with a better vendor who understand that life sometimes happens! if you book i would make sure you take out their expensive travel insurance or have travel insurance in case anything happens as there is no flexibility.

The absolute Worst customer service! We checked in on a Saturday and had to call every single day for issues. The TV would not work, the cable and then the internet was out for days! as a person that has to work remote at times.. this is unacceptable. We spent more time waiting on maintenance than on enjoying our vacation. Customer service speaks over you and blows you off. nothing more. We will not be back.

Beautiful resort! Pools and water park are fun. We stayed at 1352 Centre Court Ridge Unit 101. It was perfect for our family and had plenty of space. It was very clean and the furniture was in pristine condition. Being on the first floor was so convenient so we didn’t have to carry our things up and down the stairs. We also enjoyed the patio, where our golf loving kids were able to watch the golfers! Another perk of this location was the close proximity to the pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and mini golf. We were able to quickly and easily cross the parking lot to use these amenities. No outside noise could be heard inside the condo, which was another positive for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Needed basic amenities: trash bags and instructions on trash removal, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent.

The rental property had significant infrastructure issues, including water leaks and electrical problems. Additionally, the rental company's customer service was extremely poor

The house was great fun for us all! The themed rooms really added to the atmosphere of the stay. We loved the Jurassic Park themed redone garage which included a Jurassic Park arcade game!
We had access to Champion's Gate pool, which we used frequently.

Small logistical problems - we didn't have oven mitts (something we didn't find out until things were already cooking), one of our girls cut her foot (very minor cut) on a finishing nail poking up slightly. Nothing that would ruin our trip, but enough to be annoying.

This villa was intriguing and fun. Going through each theme room to enjoy the level of detail was exciting for the family. We even took a Harry Potter test to see which clan we belonged in: RavenClaw. All rooms were fully decorated and equipped with necessities. The pool was clean and there were lots of pool towels available for use.
The Windsor resort itself is nicely setup for family fun: kiddie area, lazy pool, cabana rentals and food/bar area.

We arrived late so the check in at the gate was quick & easy. The app checked us in & out at the same time so it wasn't helpful. I'm glad the door code was emailed to me prior. The home was very spacious & quiet. We were on the 3rd floor & not once did we hear anybody surrounding or above us. At times, the parking lot was near capacity but we were able to find parking close to our building. The home inside was dated & in need of a deep cleaning. The cleaner(s) didn't did a good job as there was dust everywhere & some hair left behind. The TV in the master room wasn't the best, in the middle of watching it, the sound would stop playing. The beds were comfy so we slept pretty good. Overall, it was a good experience, just not for sure I'll stay here again because of the cleanliness.

We loved the house. It was very clean. We had multiple issues with air conditioning. The air in the main house would not turn off. We put the air on 77 and it would be 68 in the house. The movie room and annex were unusable because the air was not working. We called multiple times to report and someone would come out but nothing was repaired until our last night. The ice and water in the fridge did not work, we called to report, again someone came out but nothing was repaired. There were broken parts in the bath tub. The pool had no water when we arrived and the hot tub stayed green.

The house was nice. However, we paid for pool and spa heat for the duration of our stay (6 days). We called the office everyday while we were there to let them know there was no heat in the pool or spa. They came out one time and said they adjusted the temperature in the pool and reset the spa. The pool was never heated and the spa never heated up or remotely got warm. I was told twice that I would get a call right back. I never received a call back. Elizabeth was the last person I spoke with and she never returned my call. I left multiple messages as well. No one ever called me back. I am disappointed with the service received.

There were a number of issues with the house that took 3 days of unreturned calls and messages before someone was sent out. We added pool heat and it was turned on improperly making the pool unusable for 2 days as the pool temp was as hot as the spa 105-95 degrees. We were charged an additional fee for this unusable service. It wasn’t the hot weather either. It was cloudy and rainy. We always have a great experience but this visit (3rd) was definitely NOT the experience we have previously had. Very disappointed ☹️ my family travels in from other states and we couldn’t use the pool for 3 days. Toilets continually running which barely flushed after they “fixed” them. Not sure we’ll return again.

The place and location were wonderful. Clean and comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed. I would recommend and absolutely love to return.

Beautiful home. But poorly managed. Especially with the price tag. AC was broken for 24 hrs at 80 degrees and I had to call Multiple times. Stove did not work. Microwave halfway worked. If it rains just know you won’t be having internet or TV it goes out and remains out.
Downstairs master bedroom was atleast 78 the entire stay. It never cooled down. It was miserable sleeping at night. I had guest who even just went back home, embarrassing!
The only helpful part was the nice maintenance guy that works for Reunion homes.
I’m so disappointed in my stay and will never be able to justify the price.

The office was not prepared for our arrival as paperwork was not printed and a pool key was unavailable. I went back and forth between the office and resort to settle the pool key issue. Finally receiving one from the check-in office.

The rental unit only allows for the thermostat to be set at the lowest of 72. As an adult, I should be able to control the thermostat at a comfortable temperature I desire, not one that is mandated. This needs to be addressed.

Overall the house was nice and worked well for our family. The game room is great but hard to keep cool. Had golf balls up on the back patio a few times so didn't feel comfortable sitting out there while course was open. The space and size of the pool is nice but more loungers would have been great for that size house - there are only two. The shower in the primary bedroom didn't work well and we reported a broken faucet in there and didn't receive a response. The pool was very dirty when we arrived and we ended up doing some of the cleaning ourselves but they did get someone out there, it was just a few days after we had let them know about the issue. The TVs also really didn't want to allow streaming, unless you were active every 5-10 minutes using the remote, they kicked you off of streaming and back to cable. So movie night didn't work well. Other than those small annoyances, we enjoyed our trip.
