I recently purchased a Retropia lens and have been genuinely impressed. The photos it produces have a unique character and nostalgic look that I absolutely love, giving images a real film-like feel straight out of the camera.
The product arrived beautifully packaged, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the presentation and overall customer experience.
Unfortunately, I experienced a small issue with my lens. However, after contacting customer support, Mark was incredibly helpful and responded straight away. A replacement was arranged immediately with no hassle, no unnecessary questions, and excellent communication throughout.

The Customer service I received even before i purchased was amazing. I enquired about making sure my camera would fit the lens I wanted and got such a quick and informative response. Then when I struggled to use the presets I ordered, their process back and forth to troubleshoot my issues was patient, detailed and came across so genuine. Mark was brilliant helping me work through the process of fixing my confusion, so big thank you to him. The lens itself is awesome, a great piece if kit that produces some awesome results, matched with the presets for Lightroom - chefs kiss! The make is cheap and it ships from China, so it took 3 weeks to deliver.

Even tho it's only supposed to work with Mirrorless only,, I put it on my Canon 7D Mark II and it worked.... you have to bump the ISO quite a bit but it works. I am looking for a throw down mirrorless to play with.

I got the retropia lens and the flash. The combo is great if you want to simulate that cheap disposable camera look. However, the flash, with a combo of a simple brightness control flash as well as LED lights, makes for a small versitile tool to add to the camera bag for general use when I don't want to lug my larger flashes around. The products arrived well packaged enough and in great condition.

I recently purchased a 2 for 1 deal on the Pink Edition recycled lens with a free standard version lens and realised when I received my package that I had chosen the wrong camera mount option for the pink lens. I got in touch with the Retropia support team to see about getting it replaced and had a very pleasant exchange with one of their representatives, Bradley. After a couple of E-Mails we sorted out everything and my replacement was on its way, I only had to pay the shipping costs and even got to keep the incorrectly chosen lens. I just received my replacement and it’s working great, just like the version for my other camera from the first shipment. So overall I had an incredibly pleasant experience with the company and their support team and got a no questions asked fix for my mistake. I would definitely shop there again if I had another camera :)
