I had made a mistake on my order and…

I had made a mistake on my order and was thankfully able to email the company about it quickly. Mark from customer service answered about an hour later and was able to help fix the problem fast! Really thankful for the speedy and kind emails.

Excellent customer service which is…

Excellent customer service which is rare these days. Nelzon couldn't have been more helpful. We ordered the wrong lens and he sorted it out straight away for us. Already looking at ordering more products like the flash, glitter lens filter and low level viewfinder! Would highly recommend this company.

Loving it and big up to the support team

Hi ! I ordered from retropia two lenses one pink and the classic one I didn’t know what to expect and I ordered too fast and made a mistake during order that was caught and solved by the team so quickly ! They are lovely ! So far I love my experience with the support and the product.

It’s exactly what you can expect from disposable lenses. It gives you that retro vibe that is advertised.

Here is so far some raw footage when you have that pink light it is from the pink lense; if you’re looking for the vintage look without necessarily retouching your picture or that film camera/analog look from the 90-2000 that’s what you need

Very helpful!

I reached out to the support team when my camera lens came in the wrong size, and people like Nelzon were very eager to get me the proper size without having to purchase a new one or having to return the first lens I had purchased. Very quick response and top tier help.

Amazing customer support

The customer support I received was exceptional and all my questions were answered before I even asked them! I was given numerous options in response to my query, all of which very detailed in explanation leaving me with no further questions needing to be asked. Again, a wonderful customer support experience that left me more than satisfied :)

Memories of Memories

I revived a message asking about what's in my memory card. My simple answer was memory of memory. I absolutely love my lenses I purchased from Retropia. Can't wait to capture more with it! The response back from Mark was heartwarming and very much appreciated!

I really liked the customer service…

I really liked the customer service that Retropia offers. I recently bought one of their lenses and i asked when it would have been arrived. The response was really exhaustive and i really want to thank Mark, the Retropia employee that helped me. I’m only waiting to give a review on the lense, but i reckon it’ll be a great purchase.

I love the way this company works

I love the way this company works! I had a small issue trying to get a lens I purchased to fit but it was due to user error and I ended up figuring it out on my own. Through that process I had reached out to customer service because I couldn't figure out the issue for the lens fit and Nelzon was so helpful throughout the whole way. He was so insightful in all of his detailed emails which really eased any questions I had. He was ready to send me a new lens but decided to ask for a video of me showing him the lens didn't mount properly only for me to figure out it did work mid film. Regardless I shared it anyways and he found it funny which made an unfortunate situation end with a good laugh. I love my lens, I love Retropia customer service, I love the brand. Special thanks to Nelzon for helping me sort all of this out and being absolutely exceptional. Truly one of a kind!

Best customer service

When I made a mistake on my end I freaked the heck out because I ended up purchasing something more than once. I emailed them right away and within a day they emailed me back. I’ve had so many questions and each time they send me back such a well written and detailed answer to my questions. I’ve never experienced this kind of care from any business before and I am glad that Retropia was my first!

Thanks Retropia and Nelzon

They are great and I would buy from them again. I bought some items in August, and unfortunately, due to delivery difficulties in my country, the shipment was not being authorized. They insisted until it worked, which makes me believe they are a serious company committed to the end customer. I definitely recommend them! And I especially thank Nelzon who helped me solve my whole problem and was patient in helping me. I will buy from them again!
