I have used the service. And my impression is good. There are a lot of retouch services and production is really fast. I hope to see new services in future updates.

I was looking for an online tool to make the following changes to my pic: iron shirt, clean shoes, broad shoulders. I am not good with photoshop. Google suggested Retouchme. Downloaded the app from Apple store. Gave it a try. It’s cheap and the results are quick and perfect. Edits are done by humans from the back end. So, I thought I will leave a review to let people know the service is legit and worth the money.

Do not waste your time or money on this app! Trust me, you’d be better using a free app and edit it yourself. I paid for THREE of my family members to get the sun edited out of their faces in a picture. After the first go, they only edited my husband and he had lines all over his face. I clicked for a redo and told them about the lines and that they forgot to edit the Sun from my sons that I also PAID for and they fixed the lines and only halfway fixed one of my sons I again sent a correction and still Sun was in my youngest sons fave. I was going to submit again, but it said they would CHARGE me. They literally a SCAM people by doing a terrible job so you have to keep resubmitting it so they can charge you more. I ended up just editing it myself using PicsArt. I heard back from “customer service” today, which is just as much of a joke as their designers, that responded basically it’s fine what they do. I told them I wanted a refund, they tried “editing” the last son finally but I told them don’t bother because I already edited it and ordered my Christmas cards.

Watch out for these scammers. They will change their terms of service on a whim without warning you and charge extra charges you didn't know about. PROCEED WITH CAUTION

Biggest scam ever ..after I made a purchase of 4.99 I was able to purchase 1 retouch but once I looked in my credits afterwards my balance said 0. I emailed the company and sent them my receipt of purchase and they stop responding. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!!

The app gives very natural results. Will use again and again.

This is a excellent app, works simply and amazingly. Can edit so many aspects of body and face to create amazing results. Recommend it to anyone.

Incredible photo editing app!

I have submitted a picture to remove glare from glasses and the result was perfect.

This app is horrible!!! I wanted to photshop 1 person out and they took out 3 people and removed the background. I lost $20 for this mutilated crap!!!! I'm disputing the charge and I'm deleting this app!!!!

Retouch quoted 90 mins to complete a picture and it took over 6 hours . After the 90 mins the app kept given an estimated time of 15 more minutes. After contacting customer service they wanted you to pay more points for them to get it done quicker . If I pay for something to be completed in a particular timeline it should be done in that timeline or offer points for the bad service .

Beware! If you are not happy with the retouch they will redo it and if it is still not right you have no come back, They just keep your credits. They will not refund them so you have no retouched photo as you have to download it which will show you are pleased with it, Customer service are not interested. They just want your money.
