Such an easy way to make pics better with the colors, lighting and perfect shot! Always a better look!

Major warning for this app!
They will take your money and produce no pictures for 5 to 6 hours unless you pay the maximum amount of money. Quality is poor. Quite a few have to be redone and you have to wait more time, it’s ridiculous.
Don’t waste your money! Move into another app that’s reputable.

So bad. The edits are so poorly done. When you ask them to fix their errors, they charge you credits and often send back the same photo without fixes. Much better apps available.

Worst experience of my life. They say 14 days full refound if im not happy. I canceled 5 min after ordering, without touching any program or tolkens. Because i ordered wrong product. I tried talking with customer support. WORST person ever. Telling me im a fraud and dont want to give me money. Gaslighting 101, telling im scamming them and then they take my money. For a produkt i havent used and they tell on website they have 14 days open pay back service...... WHat clowns. NEVER BUY THIS SHIT.

I use to use this app with no problem now its taking me 10+ hours to get a retouch. I want my money back

I used to use this app with no problem…after months of no use I decided to 2 simple retouches which take normally 5 mins , but the first one I was getting retouched is still “processing” then I though there was an error emailed them and got same pic retouched and now it’s saying 14hours!
I have a feeling the app is looting now where as they were making up for users before.

Still waiting on my retouch after 3 days. I’ve had this app for quite a few years and this is the first time that they have taken my money without any results. I want a refund and I’m deleting the app

SCAM. THEY DONT DO SQUAT. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP THE STATUS AT RETOUCHING PHOTO AND DON'T UPDATE IT AFTER THAT. IM STILL WAITING 24 HOURS LATER. I'LL CALL THE BANK AND GET MY MONEY BACK.

I sent in a photo with a simple request for hair column. I got back the result and it was clear the designer had done nothing. I requested a re-do with even more specifics (as if it’s complicated). Again, no change between the before and after picture. After a total of 5 requests, I got an email from “Eve” telling me I was being rude to her designers. I had to pay for every single time I made a request. This app is a scam.

Was good until i randomly lost all the remove clothing features after using them several times for no reason..

Nice app for photo retouching, made my photos from vacation well better!

Please do not use this so called company they will take your £££
Then send you really bad photos and when you complain they will ignore you, so you then complain to the Google company they will say we're giving you a refund, then that

I requested to have the crows feet around my eyes removed, and selected “intensive” for requested work. There was no difference in the crows feet, and I requested a redo FIVE TIMES. I pay $9.99 a month for this service. If this was the only time I got unsatisfactory results, I wouldn’t be taking the time to write this negative review. I’ve experienced disappointing results numerous times, and now I’m canceling my subscription. Beware!

Ive spent plenty of money on this app, not because i wanted to but i had to, they charge you alot more than what it says on the app. Sometimes they dont even help you with what you ask for, yet they charge you for it. I contact the custome service senter, guess what there is no service senter, the designers are doing that aswell!! They ignore you for weeks. Cyberbullying on the max!! Stealing money is what they do. Do not trust this company at all! 🤝

I liked the application and its features - it has a sufficient selection of effects and techniques for retouching photos, it was not a problem to find the desired effect and accept it. The result satisfied me both in terms of speed and quality. Its a really cool photo editing app for when you don't know photoshop or when you don't have much time to edit photos.

I tried different mobile photo editors and tried using the RetouchMe app. I liked it and now sometimes I use it to process my photos. At any time I can get a well-processed photo in minutes. I recommend it to use.
