Delivery time took ages! Bad service!

I honestly thought that the quality of the sunglasses would have been much higher. The plastic looks and feel very cheap. I did pay just 25€ but the item was on a 50% discount so I expected more quality form a 50€ sunglasses.

Avoid these hacks. I’ve bought higher quality sunglasses from a petrol station.
The packaging has more effort put towards it than the actual frames.
Cheap, cheap, cheap plastic feel with a low quality finish to boot.
I wasn’t impressed and requested a refund. It took them 6 days to tell me they weren’t refundable since they were on sale.
Terrible customer service and experience on a whole.

I didn’t mind the long shipping because other places take just as long. When I got my sunglasses they weren’t exactly what I expected but as I talked to customer service they really made me feel comfortable with helping me out in my situation. I’m really happy with the outcomes and how helpful they were with me.

OK, so - read this before buying anything from this "brand". First of all, my pair arrived late and already scratched with a small crack. First impression - super CHEAPLY made, and most importantly my pair doesn't protect anything from the sun. Very bad quality for the price with even worse customer support.

I received the item one month later and the product doesn’t look remotely like the one in the picture.

I ordered the model ISAIA but the frames of the pair that i received are not squared at all and has a slight cat eye shape.

Also they claim to be a brand from Amsterdam but the package arrived from China, just like all the other reviews said.

two week update: I e-mailed them twice and they did not reply.

Very bad quality for the price. Cheaply made. Arrived late and already scratched.

The sunglasses took longer than anticipated to arrive being shipped from China not Holland and arrived with a fault
(Sakai model, broken metal ring at the end of the arm)

After a bit of a delay the customer service have however been helpful and refunded the item with the option also being given to trade in for a none faulty pair.

Further quality control and transparency about shipping time frames and I would recommend this company, as their designs and concept are very appealing and in my instance the customer service have solved the issue- these are easy steps to remedy and if taken into account will easily reflect in positive reviews.

Very bad quality and long delivery times

It took 2 months for my sunglasses to arrive in The Netherlands. However great and cool sunglasses.

The sunglasses I purchased arrived after more than a month and the quality is not good at all.

Placed an order over 6 weeks ago and the tracking number provided says still awaiting item from supplier. Shocking customer service, with no updates or apologies, no solution no refund. Seems like a scam, don't waste your time or money.

Because of an unsuccessful first shipping and dammaged parcel, my order arrived about 2 months after command online.

Sadly the AZI in leopard looked very orange and was a lot smaller than I was expecting. On the model the AZI looked pretty big. Also the leopard colour looks way too orange and also looks nothing like the pictures online. It looks more like a tiger than a leopard tbh. The finishing of the AZI looks cheap, the little circles on the legs of the glasses we’re not punched trough all the way. They just look unfinished. But the CARTI in green looked very cool. It looked way more like the pictures and didn’t seem to be so cheaply made. So I have one nice pair of sunglasses out of it. Bit of a shame. But that’s why I’m giving 3 stars.

Don't waste your time with this scam company. Overpriced poor-quality sunglasses with 3 months delivery. Totally rubbish.

Bought using the 1+1 deal, but the quality of the glasses are poor and feel really cheap. They don't feel worth the price of even one pair, don't bother buying from there or falling for the "buy one get one free" deal.
