A very bad experience

I had two completely honest reviews on both Product Review and Google Review about my bad experiences with Redlea Pty Ltd /Maplerise Independant Living.

The reviews had been there for some months.

Redlea Pty Ltd [owners of Maplerise Independant Living] insisted they be removed refusing to pay $5500.00 owing to me since settlement [22/12/2022] of U2 at Maple Rise Independant living.

Redlea have admitted to this debt in writing on many ocassions.

I have now reported them to Consumer Affairs due to their unethical attitude and delaying tactics regarding payment.

UPDATE.

Surprisingly at 2.46pm 07/02/25 $5500 00 was paid after waiting since settlement 22/12/2022.

Lock House, Taunton, Somerset

I moved to Lock House, a Mccartrhy Stone retirement complex 3 years ago and it was the best thing I ever did!
I am a disabled widow and I have made so many new friends,We have two weekly film nights with ice creams, we have weekly groups, knit and natter, our weekly coffee mornings with the house manager, a 2 hour mahjong group and sometimes play Yahtsee and have dvd exercise classes too. we have a very social'social events team with lots of afternoon tea events and evening themed events along with quizzes and other activities. We go along to our local theatre/cinema to watch films and shows together, some residents even go on cruises together!
This is independant living to the full, even though manty of us need some assistance from carers etc, we are a friendly and caring bunch here and I would receommend Lock House highly as somewhere to live in your retiring years and to have funa nd enjoy those years too!
