Quality/diversity of jobs provided in search was low compared to LinkedIn or Indeed. Poor value for cost. Cancellation process misleading and no consideration to refund fee when it was clear I tried to follow their cancellation step and no longer wanted to use the service. (They fed back to me that they saw I tried to cancel!)
After cancel flow there's a need to go to another portion of the site to complete a separate task for cancellation to take. This was far from clear after the first step.
To summarize: We have your money, not giving it back. Additional take: If they were more confident in their offering they wouldn't need to burn customers on the way out. Just don't.

This is so useless! Do not buy any plan. Hard to use this, useless AI chat supporter, no contact info from support team, after buying expensive plan, I constantly get lost, no benefit on my side.
