I paid 1 dollar for 1 resume and somehow i got their subscription from nowhere and charged me 39.99 for nothing. Tried to contact support for refund, after one reply they gone and no response from them.
its a scam company from Cyprus.

I canceled my subscription of $39,99, on 29March and sent TWO emails in this regard, to which I had ZERO response. On 2 April, these funds went off my bank account. It was also on this day that I received a confirmation email stating it has been canceled.
They claim, they can't find any record of my emails sent on 29/03 and all monies taken is non-refundable. Although the email thread shows the original email and I have re-send it and send a screenshot, they still claim they cannot find the emails sent 29/03. I have since requested to which email they actioned my cancelation and they have conveniently gone quiet!

Charged After Cancellation – Disgraceful Service – Avoid At All Costs
I am extremely disappointed with ResumeLeader.com. I cancelled my subscription properly and have clear proof of cancellation, yet I was still charged again afterwards. When I reached out to them, they refused to issue a refund or take accountability for the error.
This is completely unacceptable. Taking money from customers after a confirmed cancellation is not only unethical, but feels like outright exploitation. In addition, I removed my bank details from the site when I cancelled the subscription, so I have no idea how they were still able to charge my card. As someone who earns minimum wage, every penny matters and having my hard-earned money taken like this is incredibly frustrating and upsetting.
The lack of customer care and refusal to resolve a valid issue shows how little they value their users. I would strongly warn others to be very careful before subscribing or before entering your bank information on this site. This has been a terrible experience and, honestly, a disgrace.
