incredibly shady business practices
incredibly shady business practices. Don’t send an email detailing your membership/trial. Don’t send receipts. Their rates on their website change every other day so you can’t even look back at a RECEIPT that you’re missing to verify anything. Contacted customer service for them to say “money back policy”. Guess what, money back policy applies when consumers know what they were charged with and why. I don’t expect them to know that considering they are a scam from and many other scam websites front this way. Avoid at all cost.

I paid 1 dollar for 1 resume and somehow i got their subscription from nowhere and charged me 39.99 for nothing. Tried to contact support for refund, after one reply they gone and no response from them.
its a scam company from Cyprus.
