I tried the Flesh and Buns duck bao kit for 2 from Restaurant kits and fell in love - the perfect kit for a cute date night at home!! It took us 20 mins to cook and put everything together and it was SO easy, couldn’t recommend this kit enough for some top tier baos at home x

Great food with simple to follow instructions and not overpriced. Really simple to order and arrived promptly. Only suggestion would be to include the bourbon required for the pickle back cocktail!

Now this is coming from someone who went to Marrakech a few years back and I have to say it felt like I was in Morocco again after experiencing all these amazing flavours.

This meal kit its self was really simple to make and took very little effort and folks it was absolutely stacked with flavour.

The Lamb was delicious, mixed in with all the spices and the Khobez Bread it was just outstanding.

I have to say I've had quite a few meal kits over the years and this I think may be one of my favourites, I'll definitely be coming back for this dish but I'm also very intrigued by all of their other meal kits.

This kit was really good. It was quite expensive but I wouldn’t say it wasn’t value for money as there was a lot, two big portions. It was a little fiddly to put together in my tiny kitchen but that’s me rather than the kit.

Thought overall it was delicious and while the bavette isn’t the fanciest cut of meat it was delicious.

Short ribs were absolutely delicious, all sides were amazing too, good instructions and well packed, great value as always.

Only thing that maybe i’d prefer is cream with the toffee pudding, not creme fraiche.

I was originally gifted 2 of the DIY kits from Restaurant Kits and enjoyed them so much that I immediately ordered a 3rd one myself for the next week! Reasons for the 5 stars are:

- Easy ordering process with a 1 hour timeslot given to you on the day so you can plan around this
- Easy to follow recipe instructions (which are also available on their website, so you can check in advance whether you've got the necessary equipment or how complicated it is to make)
- You pretty much just re-heat and plate up, it all tastes and looks great
- Portions are generous and filling, and some meal kits have options for 2 or 4 diners so you can tailor accordingly
- You get to enjoy restaurant-quality meals at home, find new favourites and support hospitality all at once

I'm already planning to order my 4th kit! Highly recommended.

Delicious smoked ox cheek sliders with a spicy sambal sauce, BBQ beef glaze, salted pretzel crumble, sweet pickles and soft milk glazed buns. Definitely recommended.

We ordered a Dumpling and Bao Extravaganza kit for my brother for his birthday and he was delighted. It contained everything needed for a meal for 2 people and the instructions were clear. He thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

We had been sent a meal kit “Cut by RK” Bavette steak as a present by our friends and couldn’t have been happier! We are completely impressed with the quality, the packaging and the amount of details put in to make this a full at home steak date night kit! There wasn’t a single thing we could have thought of to make it better, the sizes of the steak was huge, all the side dishes and sauces complimented the entire meal and the fact that this completely left us stuffed made the experience even better! Thank you so much, we can’t wait to order another kit or another one of your many to try for another date night at home:)

We ordered the Mac & Wild Venimoo burger kit as an alternative to cooking Sunday dinner on the BBQ on a wet Sunday afternoon.
The delivery arrived as planned via DPD on Saturday, the packs were so clear and easy to use and the food was amazing!!
The Venimoo burgers were outstanding with great portion sizes and the onions pre sliced along with cheese and gherkins. It was great to have clear and simple instructions on how to recycle every part of the packaging.
We will definitely look to use it again with the MAC & Wild options again and share with our friends and socials

Really quickly delivered, the packs were so clear and easy to use and the food was amazing!! will definitely use it again. The Venimoo burgers were they best burgers we'd ever had! Also a really nice touch how it tells you how to recycle each part of the pack.

We had the Cypriot cuisine. It was absolutely delicious and very easy to prepare. Generous helping too.

Great response to my review from RK (see below). They supplied a replacement kit free of charge (Venimoo - excellent!) and really care about their customers' experience.

Bit expensive to say this was meant to be for 4 people. Steak was fine but tacos a bit cardboard like. Overall disappointing.

Food was delicious, ordering was easy, and customer service was responsive and helpful. Can’t fault my experience!

I want to edit this review (left below for context). While the initial experience wasn’t fantastic I’ve been really impressed by how RK handled my dissatisfaction. Not only did they address the issues I raised but a subsequent order was seamless and extremely tasty. So, I take back what I said about not using them again and would definitely do so.

Overall, not a great experience sadly. Confusion over when the box would be delivered - we ordered for the Thursday, RK said it would be delivered in the Friday, DOD said the order had been cancelled and then it arrived on the Thursday after all. We were really looking forward to the food, from a restaurant we’ve visited many times and really liked. However, the food was incredibly disappointing - meat inedibly tough, sides bland and dessert was tooth-rottingly sweet. On the plus side, the instructions were very clear and well written and the packaging was fully recyclable.

Not worth the money and will not use again when there are some really professional and tasty options out there.
