Sent the wrong size, in the wrong colour and the quality is dreadful. Wanted a refund and zero response back.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

When Resolute Bay black jeans went through the wash the dye washed out to a degree affecting other dark color items in the wash. One item was in a white bag turning the white bag gray.

Part 3 - I have returned the jeans again and , great news , someone actually signed for the parcel, so I am rid of these sham-tastic nonsense garments. All that is needed now is for Chris to reimburse me my money. I expect I'll be posting a part 4 sometime in the future . In the absence of my refund I am finding this quite therapeutic.

I ordered my jeans back in to 2018 and they were great. I ordered jacket feb 2022 and haven't got any aswers to my mails or nothing. I have been waiting nearly year now.

I ordered the jacket and the jeans with express delivery. I waited one week, emailed no answer. Then finally the guy answered saying there were delays, waited some other weeks and no other updates or answer to emails. I had to contact my bank to open a dispute for the transaction. That's really a scam. Avoid at all cost.

A couple of years ago I bought a pair of the cycling/commuter jeans and had no issue with placing or receiving the order at the time.
After a few years of regular use the jeans are still going strong. I only post this review now as I was talking to someone about the jeans recently and I realised how long I've had them for and how often I wear them and hardly ever even think about it.
The only issue I have is that some of the reflective piping has lost its reflectivity, though that is not unexpected after a few years of use and many many times through a washing machine.
It's sad to see the bad reviews of customer service as their commuter jeans are fantastic.

I ordered and paid for pants in december 2021. now februari 24. No pants, no reply on many mails and messages left on social media. So I basically got robbed.

Found some excellent looking jeans at a reasonable price. Placed an order and heard nothing more.
Reviews online of the company suggested that I’d been the victim of a scam.
Tried using the ‘customer service’ email and Facebook messenger, No response.
Initiated a chargeback through my bank and got my money back.
Reported to Trading Standards in Essex, Bromley and Belfast as well as ActionFraud as this appears to be an advance fee fraud operation.

Do not use! Returned a coat that did not fit. Got no response from the company and no refund. Luckily payed th the Pugh PayPal who were fantastic and got my money back.

Do not use this company! |They happily took my money and then sent a pair of jeans with multiple problems (incorrect size, colour not as described, fit was not as described, appeared to be badly manufactured). Upon returning the jeans they have not responded to any attempts to contact them. I am now starting a credit card charge back process as it seems to nly way to get my refund.

Appalling customer service. Tried emailing several times about jeans we received and got not reply. Gave up and sent back for a refund using special delivery so I know they have been received. Still no responses and no refund. Utterly appalling.

There is a common theme with Resolute Bay, the owner, Chris Taylor, is happy to take your money then ignore your emails, or when he does finally reply, makes promises he does not keep. I'm still waiting for a replacement cycle jacket seven weeks on. Shame because it seemed a good product.

Long Delivery Time. The return arrived there 4 weeks ago. And still no money back or a response to my emails.

Ordered pair of Jeans start of September 2021, after the standard "thank you for your order we'll let you know when it's been shipped" no further communication. I lodged a paypal dispute, & refund request at the start of October 2021 and got an email from someone called Chris -
"Last month I accidentally added a (-) instead of a (/) to all product codes so all orders where automatically put on hold at our warehouse!!

I saw the error last week and corrected it so all orders could be shipped. Over 80 pairs went out last Friday. Let me double check with the warehouse tomorrow morning to see if your order has been shipped."

Now 23 days and no reply for refund request or email follow up. Avoid this company.

Ordered a couple of pairs of jeans from their website. Three weeks later, saw on Kickstarter that delivery would be delayed by several months. Tried to cancel the order as I need them for commuting this winter, but got no response to repeated emails, or contacting them on twitter.

Eventually gave up and raised a dispute with Visa.

The products may or may not be great, but the customer service is below inept - it's nonexistent.

I've read comments from the owner stating that customer emails keep going astray. I could not care less for this excuse. A competent business would have found a solution to this long ago.

Like the other folks here I've been scammed too. Ordered nearly £300 worth of products in September 2021 - nothing has arrived and no communication. I've written to the customer service email - no reply. Called a number I found online - no reply.....
Just started Chargeback with my Credit card....
hoping for a refund soon.
The website looks legit and all good - but this is not a company to be trusted.

ps: just found their company details online (can't post link as TP doesn't allow): they've been given notice of a Strike Off.... That means they haven't returned accounts to company house.... Not looking good.

Ordered a reflective coat which was marked as being in stock. The website said 2-3 days for delivery. I have not heard anything from the company, despite sending requests for an update. I am not sure I'll ever receive the coat I paid for.

same experience as everyone else here, jeans were the waaay too large, sent them back, havent been able to get a response from them since. total scam.

I'm stuck in customer service hell trying to get their oversized jeans replaced

I wish I had visited this site before buying. My experience the same as everyone else's. Jeans poor quality and wrong size. I sent them back, since then silence. I will be chasing Kevin Taylor the sole director for my money back.
