The mask cushion does not ift. I take a medium but the size offered were S/M, and it is too tight.

refund promised, promise broken,no refund 3 wks
returned cpap machine after 29 days free trial period, 3 weeks later am still waiting for my refund, have been told twice to attend shop to collect refund, yet no refund there. ps still have not received my refund. So I post this review and then the fake organisation send me a fake email saying email me and we will sort out, so I thought I should give you the update, nothing has changed still waiting on refund, excuse is still computer does not know how to issue a refund. yes that is their excuse.

Good product, but…
The shop was accessible, and the product seems good. My results have been almost instant. However, I would have liked to be dealing with more knowledgeable staff, both at the store and online. Took me several visits to sort out some problems, and others no answer at all.

Annoying that we had to buy a new mask and practice keep the old one. Which was technically ours as we purchased it.

The website was easy to navigate and the options are very clear. I love the subscription feature as it makes this expensive machine accessible to most budgets. The only thing I wish was different is that the AirTouch mask was an option for the machine subscription bundle.

i have been dealing with a resmed…
i have been dealing with a resmed company for many years now.
when i have had problems with my machine they have been fixed quickly and loan parts have been available.
the products the company have supplied to me other than the cpap machine have been long lasting and of high quality.
i particularly like the new memory foam cushions.
they are softer on the face and the lumpy bridge of my nose and have fewer leak problems.

On April 26
On April 26, I ordered a N20 classic frame (order no 9370518, and found I ordered the wrong stuff. I rang helpdesk who told me to return the item to resmed in person for refund. I returned it to Resmed in Bella Vista but I have yet receive my refund.
