I was stuck for many months trying to…

I was stuck for many months trying to secure an appointment for myself and teen daughter with no success. I developed anxiety because I was always checking prenotami. I saw thier link on Facebook in an Italian group page and I decided to risk and use thier service in January. Within 2 days, they were able to secure me an appointment and less than a 5 days, they secured one for my daughter too.. I thought it wasn't real but yes, it was very real. I have renew our passport with no issues. We the first people we got served. I am soooo happy. Thank you guys. My daughter's passport was expired close to 2 yrs and the only thing I would ask them to improve on is communication.
