Your cancelation policy is horrible

Your cancelation policy is horrible. I have a sick family member and cannot make my trip and now I'm being told I need to pay $540.00 for the rooms anyway. The supervisor I spoke with is equally as bad. Telling me that she's sorry about my sick family member and then billing my account anyway. Total bullshit. I'll make sure to be spreading the word about your company.

Booking Fee is BS!!!!

The underhanded way reservations were made. Once I realized that reservations could be booked directly w/ the hotel because it's a food show and I am a vendor, I IMMEDIATELY cancelled my reservations, literally within minutes, yet I was charged a service fee for the booking process, total BS!!!! I will be disputing this w/ my CC company Itinerary Number

Cancellation policy not honored

I booked on 4/27/26. I called first thing the morning of 4/28/26 and now they supposedly will not cancel my reservation and yet I verified on the website that I could cancel by 4/29/26, Now when I go back to the site, there's no cancellation policy listed, Sounds very fishy. I am unable to keep the reservation due to I am unable to get off from work now.

STAY AWAY!!!! Doing everything in their power not to refund my money and even lied to my face saying it was the hotel when i had the lady on the other live telling me they refunded the money almost a month ago. Don’t trust

I somehow booked the wrong room even…

I somehow booked the wrong room even after I had selected the desired room type on the web site. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until after I had booked the room. It took three calls to Embassy Suites to cancel the room and get what we were looking for. It was a bit more expensive.

GOOD WEBSITE!

WELL, I LIKE TO BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL I AM STAYING IN, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO DO THAT ONLINE, I WAS GETTING NOWHERE. PLUS I AM OLD AND NOT TECH SAVVY. I am a new owner

I am a new owner. A few weeks ago, I called to make a reservation for my 3 free nights at Lake Geneva, WI. I was told to wait until 60 days out. So I waited and called 60 days out and was told Lake Geneva was booked. So, I asked for reservations at Gatlinburg and was told Gatlinburg was booked. I was told I could go to Florida or Arizona or other places I DO NOT WANT TO GO. This is a scam, trying to force me to go where I do not want to go. I deeply regret becoming a an owner in this scam!!!

Under construction

The locating of a room was easy. However, it would have been nice to know that the facility is under construction. You are paying over $300 per night for there to be workers on your balcony - the purpose of a balcony room overlooking the ocean is so that you could utilize it.

I always book a hotel that has free…

I always book a hotel that has free full breakfast to save money while traveling. I stayed April 10-11. Went to get breakfast and coffee at 7:30 AM on April 11th and the front desk was closing up the breakfast area because there was no food and no coffee. Her reasoning was nobody to take care of it. She certainly had the time to be on her phone though. Very disappointing.
