Your advertised price is obviously a teaser. By the time you add the resort fee and the taxes the price has doubled. And I haven’t even parked my car yet… Nevertheless you have a nice hotel

April 26

April 26, 2006. Front desk, breakfast crew and housekeeping were great. Unfortunately my husband was eaten alive by BED BUGS in room 210!! Housekeeping came to inspect the bed and found it on the bed and the pillow. I was fairly calm at the time because I was just in shock and just wanted to leave to wipe all our belongings down, but when Hotel manager didn't call us the next day as promised by the front desk manager I felt really disregarded as a paying customer. We had to call them back and after going back and forth they refuse to give us a refund! I was willing to pay the parking fee. Our vacation was cut short because we had to go straight home to wash our belongings worried that an infestation might occur from our drive back to Pickering from Montreal. The drive home was very uncomfortable for my husband, my daughter is traumatized and I was just overall disgusted!! When we got home we had to strip down in our backyard and left all our belongings outdoors for 2 days just to make sure we didn't bring anything in. We then had to wash everything in hot water which lead to some of our clothes shrinking. It is now 4 days since the incident occurred and still no satisfactory resolution! We will NEVER stay at another Ramada again.

I just got scammed by reservationdesk.com

I just got scammed? Beware. Fake site makes you think you are booking with the location you are going to stay at. I was making a reservation for a conference, and the hotel was over booked on 4/16/2026. Then reservationdesk.com show rooms available and the total looked like a $1080.00 total charges which was severely misleading pricing. I got an email stating a confirmation number and was charged 5,300.00 on my visa credit card. I immediately called reservationdesk.com and cancelled within 5 minutes on line and made a phone call. I was told it would take 3- 10 business days to credit my visa card. It has been over 10 days. They said they have decided to decline my credit back to my visa card even though the reservation has been cancelled. The reservations tactic hooked me and I was scammed. The site and communication did not matching what was promised. I thought i was dealing with Marriott gaylord grapevine hotel. Process is a fraud. Staff care nothing about you.

I made a mistake in my booking dates…

I made a mistake in my booking dates and reservation desk failed to refund me. I lost over $600!. How can one be ripped off like that? I asked them to waiver the non refundable policy since it was an honest mistake and they stopped taking my calls!!

All the staff was very very amazing and…

All the staff was very very amazing and out standing especially Sara , q,and ,Araceley .they made my stay very wonderful the breakfast stayed refreshed. The down stairs lobby smelled so good and stayed clean I asked them their named I would like to give them 25 stars thanks for out standing customer service

I tried to modify my reservation to…

I tried to modify my reservation to match my change in travel dates and was denied a second time over a short time period . After years of using Holiday Inn services, I must inform you that I will not book your services in the future nor will I continue to refer your services to others. Thank you for nothing!

I paid for a room I couldn't use

I paid for a room I couldn't use. As I thought it would be a smooth check in and stay by paying upfront, my card suddenly stopped working and I could not use it to processs the incidental deposit for the room! Apparently, hotels do not accept cash or debit, so I slept in my vehicle and drove through the night. I would like a refund, but was informed I could not do that. Extremely displeased.
