Nothing really wrong with the whole experience but I’ve since used letterbox live foods which are a lot cheaper ( I saved £5) & who use smaller flatter boxes which fit through the letter box by Royal Mail who deliver in the mornings.. unfortunately my box arrived late after afternoon and was all squashed! So sorry won’t be using again

When I opened the boxes of dubia roaches, there was one dead body in each box, and I noticed that several were behaving strangely. I thought, okay, it happens. The next day, when I wanted to feed the tarantulas, I saw that more roaches had died. At first, I thought they might be molting, so I waited another two days, but when I opened the box, I noticed a foul odor. In total, I threw out seven roaches from two boxes (1 adult roaches box, 1 large roaches box). Mealworms are in good condition :)

Quick delivery. All live food ( locusts/ meal worms) for our geko came bright and alert and good quality. Thank you. I would recommend this company. I have made a regular order, this is so much easier than driving to find a pet shop that supplies live food.

There are crickets that are supposed to be medium is a mix tub of medium to large some far too big and are not silent its a mix tub of crickets not as good as previous buys

I have used reptiles online many times now and each time it has been perfect, however this time out of 3 tubs of adult dubia roaches 7 of the roaches were dead, i don't know what went wrong but i am very disappointed.
